Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with the resizing of your rings.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to make several visits only to find that your rings weren’t ready, particularly when you had already been waiting for the work to be completed. We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt the work on one of your rings was rushed and that the overall result didn’t meet the standard you expected, especially given the amount you spent with us.

This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We take both our customer service and the quality of our workshop’s craftsmanship extremely seriously, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we fell short of those expectations.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and see if there’s anything further we can do to put things right. Please feel free to contact us directly with your details so we can investigate this with the team.
