I had a difficult time trying to update my license on a new computer. Contacted support and got a quick response. Khussh was amazing. Patient and help me solve my problem quickly

Waves makes great plugins. They are solid, and the team is very knowledgeable about compatibility and use.

The agent, answered my questions accurately (the first time), provided me with accurate solutions, kind, and pleasant to work with

I had a difficulty in having plugins switch off due to their status in the computer chain as Primary vs Secondary. Khussh took a lot of time to make sure the plugins were primary and updated and he was detailed in his help. My old machine died, and my current machine was secondary, which meant I had to update and pay a subscription unnecessarily, so Khussh made sure I was spared that. I'm a happy past and future customer for wavs. Good work!

Very unhappy with this one company of plugins. Although i "like" (sorry to say, but nowadays, competitors are pretty good!) the few plugins i purchased (IR1 / H-Delay / Electric 88 and S1 imager), here are 2 reasons why i won't buy any ONE plugin from this company:
- After one year of purchase, I have to pay "again" to update a plugin. Seriously?! That's where you are?
- And, almost every 3 months i have to reinstall the electric88 from the waves central, cause the standalone version do not load properly the sample pool.

From all the plugins i owe, that's the only one i can remember doing this. Again, nowadays with the pretty amazing range of providers, to loose customers this way doesn't feel clever to me.

I’m very satisfied with Waves Audio and their products. Everything worked as expected, and the support team was friendly and helpful. Although Waves Central could be a bit more intuitive at times, overall I had a positive experience. Thank you!

Everything works perfectly, from the subscription, over to the plugins itself and even more the customer service

Always a horrible look for a company that refused to pay your money back for a product that doesn't deliver what it promised.

I've contacted them immediately upon trying out Clarity VX which doesn't work (distorts voice but the pesky noise I was trying to get rid of is still present, I guess that would be false advertising) to get my money back.

They said their policy is to not refund their customers. I hate when businesses do that. But they offered me other plugins instead.

I don't trust your plugins, and besides, I've got tons of plugins. So I said no thank you. I still want my money back.

Their strategy now is to ignore my emails so I'm having to leave a review here and contact my bank to bounce back the payment.

I should not have to go through this with a civilised business.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Non-customer-friendly practices and the plugins are subpar.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff that are able to solve issues quickly from chat.

Once again, a great experience with tech support. Issue is not fully resolved, but I have faith that they will get to the bottom of my concerns and solve the issue

I love the most recent plugin I bought - Cosmos. It organizes my samples and will save me hours of searching. Thanks Waves.

The plugins can be powerful when they work. But this company needs to reorient their repeat-purchase/upgrade/subscription/pay-to-own model as every OS change or new machine added creates a sea of licensing issues. It's deeply disingenious and disappointing from what used to be a wholly respected company. I keep hearing about professionals abandoning ship for other plugin bundles. UAD and their native options are looking very good right now, and in my opinion also outperform Waves. In my lowly opinion, greed will kill this company as a leader in this space before long, if they're not careful.

Waves plugins are the most fantastic sounding, affordable, comprehensive, and user friendly plugins on the market. They are industry standard, and if you don't have at least ten of them, I'm not sure what you're up to. Get ye to waves.com! You're welcome.

Had a catastrophic power outage. On relaunching Pro Tools a message appeared saying i have no licences.
Live chat with Waves got me a workaround by installing a licence on to a flash drive. Back up and running thanks to the brilliant Devashish. We're back in business thanks to the great advice.
