Great customer service! They went above and beyond to help me with some issues I had.

Waves are just brilliant. I have bought a lot of stuff recently and always seem to have problems installing and activating, but there's always someone on the end of the chat that sorts out my incompetence quickly and easily! I don't really use many plugins, but what I do have, I have bought from Waves!

I’ve been a loyal Waves user and have spent a significant amount investing in their plugins. Like many in the audio industry, I’ve dedicated years and a lot of money to this craft, often without a big budget because it’s a tough, competitive field. It’s disheartening to see Waves now asking people like us, who have already paid full price for their software, to spend even more just to keep things running on the latest hardware. It feels like they’re taking advantage of dedicated professionals who don’t have endless resources. I really hope Waves considers the impact this has on loyal customers in the future

Anytime I contact Waves Audio I just have a great experience! Not just the Plugins are great, but, the Whole team, the entyre company!
In my audio school I'm simply stopping using other plugins and just using waves, that's because of the great support I'we aways had!

Good tools, intuitive to use, wonderful support. My only criticism is the payment system. One click and I've accidentally bought something twice. But as I said, the support was really great.

I rarely have to update plugin's and deal with licenses. Had some questions and 'chatted' when an agent. He answered all questions and all is good.

Good customer service and amazing plugings

I had a difficult time trying to update my license on a new computer. Contacted support and got a quick response. Khussh was amazing. Patient and help me solve my problem quickly
