SUP Cruiser-Amazing value and amazing customer service!
Upon receiving my new SUP Cruiser I inflated it to check it all out and noticed a raised area underneath by the fin. I contacted their support team on New Yearâs Day and by 10am the next day Esther had already replied, reassuring me that itâs the result of the downward pressure from where you first inflate, causing that area to pop out slightly- nothing to worry about. Iâm so looking forward to go on adventures on my new SUP! Such a brilliant piece of kit for the price.

Totally Unacceptable Customer Service
I ordered a paddle board on 11th December and received confirmation of the order which also states DPD next day delivery. On the 18th December I contacted them only to be told the board is out of stock. I wonder when they were ever going to tell me! I asked when the board was going to be back in stock and was told they expect it to be in stock in March at some point but that it would be an upgraded model. I asked if we were to wait until March would they be sending it to me at the same price as that I have already paid. No response - no surprise. I have asked for a full refund but have not had confirmation that it has been activated so I have involved Paypal. I am very cross because this was a christmas present for me son and if they had told me earlier I could have purchased a different board from elsewhere in time for Christmas and also I would have received the refund in time to be able to afford to buy another board.

I had a small problem with them because my order was out of stock in the colour I ordered and I was not informed and the order didnât arrive.
However when I queried why the order hadnât arrived, I had excellent service from Sophie (SS) and an alternative colour is on the way to me.

Good price but limited response
Really good price, one downside the order I received was incorrect and I contacted them. There was no response which made me contact them again. I received the rest of the order 2 days later but it would have been helpful to receive acknowledgement of the first email to save re attempting contact.
In terms of the item, I cannot fault it, brilliant first paddle board for my daughter and a really decent deal and kit.
