Love this candle ( ToffeeApple). The smell is just enough, not overpowering, but enough that you can smell it.

Placed a couple of orders before with no trouble. But this time was charged postage even though spent way over the £50 free postage limit, also did not receive one item. Emailed immediately and sent follow up but never received reply. Don’t think I’d use again.

Love the smell of these products.... especially the carpet fresheners which are a godsend when you have pets. I can't choose a favourite scent, they all smell so good and I use them according to my mood

I ordered two diffusers - having ordered some through a friend over the years - one of the diffusers was so unpleasant I had to throw it away immediately- so a waste of money. That’s the problem with buying diffusers online and I won’t order again.

Recently made a purchase of four reed diffusers, when I received the parcel, one of the items was damaged in transit.

I sent an email along with pictures of damaged item and packaging. Waxify responded promptly dispatched a replacement along with an extra reed diffuser as a goodwill gesture.

Fabulous Customer service extremely impressed with all of the team.

I ordered goods way back in May. I received the wrong goods with details of the seller in my parcel which obviously means they now have mine. I have called and left 2 messages and to date I am waiting on an acknowledgement from them. Very poor. It is also extremely frustrating as I have bought from them a few times before and never had any problems. I have goods I do not want and someone else has mine!
