It is with great pleasure I want to highly recommend Wayhome for their amazing business model which enables people like me to buy their dream home. I have long been struggling to obtain an Islamic finance to buy a house and have been renting since last 11 years. After much research I have found Wayhome and really intrigued by their offerings and business model. In particular, Wayhome offer you to buy a house with very little deposit i.e. £20K, which will never be the case for a traditional mortgage system. Also I was adamant that I will never take interest even if I had to rent for the rest of my life. After thorough research and going through their FAQ, listening webinars, I was 100% convinced that Wayhome does not deal with Mortgage/interest at all and this is absolutely the best medium for buying a house under Shariah Compliant Law. I would like to mention Brother Mohammed and Nadia for their amazing support and assistance throughout. I have had my offer accepted from the vendor and currently progressing with the Investors approval and In sha Allah hoping everything will progress smoothly. Nadia has been incredibly helpful to get my offer accepted as she went our of her way to provide additional supporting info to the Agent/Vendor which led to my offer accepted. Mohammed has also provided me all sorts of information prior to the offer acceptance stage which made my decision easier. I can't wait to move into my first home with Wayhome and pray that Wayhome goes from strength to strength and provides every single potential buyers (who wants to avoid interest) an opportunity to buy their dream home.

Wayhome has been very helpful and clear and easy to get in touch with at all stages of the application. We were assigned a sales manager who responded immediately to all concerns - big or small and has made the whole process so easy and quick.

Way home is a great alternative way for people who do not have large deposit or someone seeking shariah Way to buy home. our offer was accepted and we're on our journey to moving into our own house soon. I will recommend this to anyone who is currently looking to buy a property but does not have the means.

We wanted a way to have a secure home, but could not get a large enough mortgage for the family home we wanted. Wayhome was the only way we could go about this, especially with interest rates high and mortgages uncertain, we feel secure in knowing we can stay where we are and how much we need to pay.

I am in the process of buying a house with Wayhome. First of all, the interactions have been amazing! The salesperson on my case, Mohamed, is a gem. Getting on the property ladder with 5%deposit available is good news for me, especially considering I was looking for a Shariah-compliant means of financing. Other options are almost non-existent or very expensive. If there are any downsides, it would be that the rent of the property is somtimes too low to get funding partners' interest or sometimes too high for your budget. Algorithm-based, so no control. You have to keep searching until you find a property that hits the sweet spot.

So far more than perfect!! After being in rented accommodation for many years we cannot wait to move into our house without having to deal with landlords not accepting pets!! We recently got an offer accepted and we have started the buying process with Wayhome. We have been really satisfied with the ease of communication with them and their overall service! I think knowing what are their criteria helped us narrow down our house viewings selection. The only reason that I haven't put five stars is just because we are still early in the process but so far we have absolutely no complaints!!!

I would most definitely recommend Wayhome! For anyone who is looking to buy a home and haven't been able to borrow a decent amount on a mortgage even with good wages, then this is a great alternative. The whole concept of being able to buy into a home you like in an area you like based on what you can afford rather than what you can borrow is a great idea. Another great thing about Wayhome is they take almost all of the hassle out of the process once you've made an offer. My reasons for not giving the full 5 stars is simple, there's always room for improvement. Not every home has the correct rateable value return for the investors, which means there are homes they simply can't invest in. That can be a bit frustrating when looking for homes, particularly when booking viewings and finding out after you have viewed possibly even made an offer, to find out the investors are unable to invest in that property. Perhaps some clearer guidelines to help avoid that. All in all though a great idea that helps you own a home in an affordable way and helped me get on the property ladder.

I have got an offer accepted on my new house that I am buying through Wayhome. The process of setting up an account with them was very easy the same as looking for houses on their listing. The communication throughout is great and all instructions and information given by Wayhome are clear. I couldn't be happier that I have found this new way of buying a house with investors. I could not afford the spacious house I wanted to buy with the mortgage. Also, I had no issue being self-employed (just under 2 years), so I recommend exploring this option. If you can't get a mortgage then don't limit yourself to a shared ownership scheme where there are more restrictions and fees to pay.
