Cant recommend enough, they are with you every step of the way and when we had a small issue with a closed bank account that came up on the credit check it has been dealt within days and there was always communication throughout. Crossing our fingers now that we have had an offer accepted on a house we love ❤️ will definitely recommend Wayhome

They helped me in a very smooth way to do the process

My wife and I recently had a child, and decided it was time to move out of the family home, but trying to get onto the property ladder through a shariah compliant means, whilst both being self-employed, has been near impossible. The company's that provide an unambiguously shariah compliant method of home ownership and few and far between. The few products that do offer this then generally require you to have a substantial deposit, or have restrictions on the types of property, or the areas that you can buy in.

Along comes Wayhome, to save the day. They offer a means by which getting ono the property ladder is made as easy as possible, in a shariah compliant way, accommodating for those with unconventional revenue streams as well.

Their service is prompt and quick. I was initially concerned that they didn't seem to have a telephone contact number, but they are generally very responsive to you online queries, and pass on any specific questions swiftly onto a human being, who is almost always able to help you right away.

The payment schedules are clear, easy to understand, reflective and affordable, according to each individuals income and cash flow.

As a self employed couple, who are also first time parents, knowing that Wayhome deal with the admin and legals during a property purchase was extremely consoling.

Awful company that waste everybodys time an money try to knock tens of thousands off the day before exchange 4mths after making offer had to feel sorry for their clients gave up rented accomadation etc wayhome dont care be very wary of this awful company wayhome have already removed several other reviews with same negative experience as me from trustpilot also removed it from their own website left the good reviews on their site how unfair

An appalling company with no respect for either party. We were lead to believe everything was in hand, everything was OK then suddenly out of the blue it was aborted with no reasons given. On the same day they also sent emails to proceed with exchanging. No one knows what's going on, they lie to you to keep you happy, they tell you it's nearly completed then cut you off. Following the aborted transaction I've purchased the same property as there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and this comes from independent professional analysis of the survey etc. Wayhomes solicitors have been rude and unhelpful despite wayhome insisting that we can "purchase" the searches and other information from them. Save yourself the stress and the heartache and find another way.

Zero stars. Do not agree to sell your house to Wayhome, no matter the price. They're shocking. They delay and delay, we ended up having to exchange and complete on the same day and on the agreed completion date they say they aren't ready and refuse to pick up the phone leaving us homeless. We went through 3 dates of them being ready before we actually got the sale through. I cannot stress enough how completely incompetent and inconsiderate this company is. Please heed the advise from all of us having had to deal with them and don't do it.

Don't accept offer from these guys. They mess around doing loads of checks only to withdraw last minute.
Save your time and take offer from more reliable traditional buyers with a mortgage.
The concept they sell doesn't match the reality. Either they don't really have funds to help the buyers and sell false hope or they expect unicorn houses.
Considering the very bad review records may report to watchdog for the ill practices.
