Not a pleasant situation to deal with however WB were great at explaining process & dealing with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend WB Debtcare if you are struggling with debt.

As a single parent, graduating from university last year. I found the last few years very difficult financially. I was presented with a situation that I had no idea how to begin to address. I was given the wrong advice by many advisors and solicitors. I feared bankruptcy and was very distressed by the situation I was facing.

Luckily, I stumbled across the Scottish government debt advice agency. They put me directly in touch with a finacial advisor at WB debt care. For the very first time I spoke with someone who actually knew how to help me and understood my position, fears, anxiety, and the level of despair I was experiencing. I received expert advice that has truly helped me manage my situation without becoming bankrupt.

I can now be rest assured that I will be in a better financial position in a few years time. Most of all the future for my daughter and myself is now looking much brighter and positive.

I am so grateful that I found someone that could genuinely help me. I would like to thank WB debt care for providing the highest quality of service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that finds themselves in a situation similar to myself.

my case worker Paul was honest from the start, and actually did more for me than I was hoping for, plus was an easy person to talk to about the very uncomfortable financial situation I found myself in.

Very easy and simple process, everything is taken care of for you. I was so worried I would need to remember every debt id had. I dealt with Tracey, who was very friendly and easy to talk too, worked around my work schedule to make sure everything was sorted and okay before signing off.

A year later and this has been the worse experience of my life. DO NOT DO THIS EVER!

Tracey has been great throughout my entire experience. I was nervous I would be judge in the mess I got myself into but she was so understanding and discussed multiple options I had. Everytime I have a query she is so quick to respond in a friendly manner
