I returned my items and still have NOT yet received a refund. It is now 3 weeks. I contacted the customer service and they responded to me with an automatic message saying that there is a delay in refund due to paypal. This is nonsense as i have never had this issue in the past with paypal. They are trying to take my money away from me!!!

Very smooth process ordering and getting fast delivery from Korea to my home once dispatched via DHL International. I ordered a black cord cap from the official Kodak storefront and couldn't be happier. Easily one of my favourite pieces now.

WConcept is a marketplace. Sellers have their own storefronts, ship to WConcept, who then ship internationally.

This two-stage shipping can mean waiting longer, but it's actually a great way to get Korean stuff from sellers who wouldn't ordinarily ship internationally.

Like any marketplace, there will be high quality sellers and low quality sellers. Just make sure you're buying from a highly-reviewed storefront first.

My cap is a genuine Kodak branded piece from the Kodak storefront and I'll perhaps use WConcept again to make a purchase.

No customer service phone number. This, coupled with a 2 star rating, indicates that this is a questionable site. I'd love to buy something I found on your site but I can't trust you.

Beware - do not purchase. Receieved a faulty item, opened 2 tickets and they have not been responding at all! Now I'm stuck with a broken item that I spent over £300 on!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Unable to return or even exchange items purchased as Christmas gifts. Ridiculous exchange policy for holidays purchase. Do not purchase from this website.

4.5 stars for shopping experience and customer service DESPITE the fact that the item I ordered didn't work out. I loved the look of a pair of shoes, and loved the price. They came in reasonable timeframe and were as described. However, they were impossibly narrow - coming from someone with narrow feet. I feel that there are different norms and standards around the sizing that need to be taken into consideration. When I saw the original shipping information said it was being shipped from Korea, I had already written it off in my mind that I would have to take the loss if they didn't work for me. I was very impressed to see that the returns info is pleasantly straightforward. A quick trip to UPS to drop-off and it was done! The refund was prompt - I have no complaints. Kudos for the customer service, W Concept - thank you

They do not offer free refunds which can be troublesome, thus the four stars. But they do honour defective returns, and are very fast with the refund process. Love the quality and the styles that they carry.

I ordered an item on April 30, promptly returned it. Still waiting for my refund, it's almost July.

I love the style of W Concept. However, they do not offer a free return policy.
