I lost $17000 because this incompetent company
I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!

They are professional, excellent customer service and support.
They are professional . I wanted to buy a car from the USA and I'm located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, I was afraid to wire the money directly to the owner of the vehicle. They offered shipping service and escrow services. They followed up with me to make sure everything was good and that the transaction would go smooth. I wired them the purchase amount of the car, they went checked the car and made sure it is the same vin I requested and then they released payment to the seller. They always answer their emails and return your phone calls. One of the best companies I have dealt with. A big thank you to all the staff of West Coast shipping and a special thank you to their manager Mr.Alex.

Excellent Service !
It was my first time shipping a car oversea and I was so nervous. Alex, West Coast Shipping Operation Manager, took his time to answer every single question and walked me through the whole process. The car was delivered on time and was in perfect conditions.
The price was also competitive with others. Overall, they have an excellent service. I will come back and work with Alex in the near future.

Would use again
Very cooperative, fast and efficient. Like WCS. Shipped my bike from U.S. to Germany, since I moved there (to Germany). I was able to coordinate all from Germany. Would recommend and use WCS any time again.

Great First time experience
I just chanced upon WC Shipping on the internet and decided to ship through them. Though my request for pick up was short they delivered and my cars were loaded into a container in no time. There is no better service
Great experience on my 1st adventure, very helpful, friendly staff.
Good communication and all processed on time and no hidden costs.
My vehicle turned up as it left and I will be using these guys again, for sure.

Impeccable Service
I had a pick up truck shipped over from the USA to Melbourne Australia, it was the first time I have done this. The company that I used to organize this for me use West Coast Shipping in LA. Alex & co were so helpful. There were times where I couldn't get any info or help from the company I used to organize the shipping for me so I would contact Alex via email & I would have the answer to my questions within minutes. From the first time I contacted Alex I felt at ease & confident. The vehicle & the parts that were shipped over were in perfect shape. I couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism.
I have recommended West Coast Shipping to friends & family members & would encourage anyone else that is thinking of doing the same I have.
