Is my third time using west coast shipping and I will recommend it to anyone in Ghana who want import car or goods from USA to Ghana.they park the car well in the container not like other shipping.all my three cars west coast ship to me were in the same condition as I bought.they also help in buying spare parts for all cars they ship.I like the way they inspect cars b4 shipment and email 100 pictures so you see ur car in detail even b4 it get to yu.

I used this firm for the transport and shipping to the Netherlands and I must say that they are very quick with shipping, fast response at questions. They have competitive rates also. Therefore I mailed them again for another 5 cars and also without any problems.

Alex Naumov was VERY helpful and certainly did the business . He promptly replied to my emails and phone calls. He even arranged the carriage of my small fire truck from Tennessee to NJ.
In contrast, the agent this side used by WCS, Hills, charged me nearly 750$ and all they did was shuffle the paper work, contracting out the actual unloading to a firm of handler who were very good. I would certainly recommend WCS with confidence, adding that Hills Shipping in England should be avoided if possible.

never ever will i ship anything with this company. time delays, lack of communication, waste of money and time. customer service that you might expect in north korea

I was told that my 2 cars would arrive in Australia within 21 to 28 days after the import approval was issued. The cars actually arrived in Australia 220 days later, 220 days after the approval was granted. When I first inquired why the cars hadn't been shipped yet, I was told that they were waiting for me to send them the title to the 57 Chevy... which had already been signed for and hand delivered to them by registered mail about a month or so earlier. West Coast had lost the 57 Chevys title but put the blame on me for never having sent it... West Coast never even informed me that they didn't have the title. I had to tell them when and who it was delivered to about 3 different times in a 2-3 week period before they tracked it down. After this the cars still sat around for several more months before they were loaded on to the ship... they said it was due to a strike. Once the cars were loaded, they were not shipped directly to Australia (3 week voyage) but were shipped here indirect via Taiwan which takes a lot longer. I must add here that I had used a specialist importer based in Australia to import these cars and he was the main reason (85%) I was jacked around so much. This Australian importer has the very worse communication skills (as in none) that I've ever encountered. I would give West Coast the benefit of the doubt here as they were dealing directly with this irresponsible Australian importer that I had engaged. If I were to ship another car over here, I would give West Coast a go and deal with them directly, as I believe this terrible experience that I had was mostly due to the Australian importer.

We had a hiccup or two at the start surrounding shipping my motorbike in the same container so I ended up using a separate shipper for that. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly; ahead of schedule, nothing lost and nothing broken. Would definitely recommend.

Quick, cheap, fast and reliable company ro ship your car

West coast shipping picked up from New Hampshire my dream chopper motorcycle and shipped out of New York to Southampton with a turn around of about a month,was able to track container ship all the way and WCS arranged for a shipping company at Southampton to do all the import paperwork so I could collect my bike one day after docking.A fantastic experience which I will do again and will use WCS. As it was the 1st time I had done this I was anxious as it was out of my hands but no worries as my bike arrived here without a scratch,if I was to have one criticism I think WCS could do more to keep you informed but a Great Shipping Company

We have tried WCS with a few cars now from NJ and CA to Bremerhaven and we are everything else but disappointed. They handled our classic cars with care and responded rapidly to any of our emails. All together they offer a great service.
