We had a video call with Abim. He explained things well and gave us the time to make sure we understood how things will move forward.

Abim, was very friendly, and explained the process. He put everyone at thier ease. Certainly made it easier doing it by WhatsApp rather than having to arrange getting the while family to the office.

I wrote a review a month ago praising this company as I thought everything was taken care of in an efficient manner. However it has been going on a month since funds were supposed to be sent and all I'm getting is that it's with the finance department and that it should have taken a couple of weeks. They won't even give me a date when they can send it and now they aren't responding to my emails. VERY DISSATISFIED especially when dealing with this after a loved ones death.

Abim was really patient and clear about what we had to do. Not easy with 3 people. Felt confident that we completed the process correctly.

We live on the other side of the world, so handling our parents’ legal documents could have been very difficult. However, Lance has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. He has happily arranged calls at very early hours to fit in with the time difference—even on his day off—and has also been willing to visit Mum in person to help her understand the paperwork clearly. His professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care have made a stressful situation much easier for us. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him. Thanks Chris

Really great dealing with Lance Verallo, he’s been super helpful and considerate throughout and made understanding each step clear and easy. He has gone above and beyond to visit my mother in law to get documents amended and signed. Absolutely recommend Lance and WDS. Looking forward to continue working with Lance as things progress. WDS Associates' Skye responded incredibly promptly, comprehensively and professionally to all of my emails after temporarily taking over some questions/ issues I had for one of her colleagues, who was on leave when I made my enquiries.

WDS have been used by my family for years. They're helpful, honest and efficient. Years after my gran's passing, they were still able and willing to help me with obtaining copies of important paperwork. I'd highly recommend!

Abimbola was very helpful and guided us through the process. Answered all of our questions and was very patient despite a poor signal during our conversation. Very professional service.

Absolute shambles - waiting 5 months for a will. Constantly ignored, they lie that they have called and do not provide the service purchased. Avoid at all costs!

Wow response is even worse. My husband paid years ago and should be able to update his will whenever he needs to. Shocking! My husband hasn’t received his will update in 5 months!!!

Further update: company contacted me wanting us to pay for more services yet we never received the services paid for. I have never tried to get free services. Do not use this business!

Shaun came to our house for the wills update appointment. He explained our options in a way we could easily understand. Leaving us paperwork to read in our own time. Very informative
