Lance, was great. He gave us all the options for the various products we were interested in.

Following initial difficulties / miscommunication over initial visit with another team member, Russ attended our review and assisted us to make amendments to our will. He was very personable and professional and explained fully some questions we had around legal and financial implications of trust funds for future planning.

We recently used WDS Associates to set up a trust for my grandparents’ house, and the whole experience was excellent. Abim made the ID verification process simple, explained everything clearly, and ensured we fully understood what we were signing.

We have needed to contact WDS for a number of queries relating to a family matter. More recently Mike has been replying to these and has been incredibly prompt, clear and helpful.

Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Time was taken to make sure everything was covered. Didn't take too long as it was just a few ammendments, nevertheless everything was delt with in a friendly professional manner .

Unfortunately I mentioned the name of the manager in my previous review and it was taken down.
What it won't do though is stop me mentioning the fact they are liars. Please take my advice and stay away from this company, only after your money, then when challenged make up all sorts of stories.
STAY CLEAR, plenty of other professional companies out there
