I decided to work with Wealth Consulting after seeing their online content and YouTube videos, where they presented themselves as highly experienced in helping e-commerce businesses with payment processing, including having strong connections with banks and payment providers. Because I was facing payment processing issues with my Shopify store, I paid around $2,000 for their consulting service with the expectation that they could provide specialised guidance in this area.

During the calls before signing up, I made it very clear that my main reason for joining was payment processing support for my US LLC. However, after signing up, the recommendations I received were mostly general payment processors that anyone can find publicly online. In some cases, I was even recommended providers that do not support US LLCs, which created confusion because this was the key information I needed.

Throughout the process, I repeatedly asked if they could connect me with the industry contacts they mentioned in their content. I was told that someone would reach out soon, but despite waiting multiple days and then weeks, no contacts or introductions were ever provided. As a result, I was not able to use the consulting in the way I originally intended.

When I expressed that the service did not help with the specific payment processing issues I signed up for, the conversation unfortunately became unprofessional on WhatsApp, including a comment telling me that I was “crying like a little boy”. I found this response unexpected and unhelpful because I was only trying to explain why the service did not meet my needs.

Later, I was told that the value came from a general e-commerce call we had, but this was not the service I originally paid for. My sole reason for joining was to get guidance and connections for payment processing, which I did not receive.

Overall, based on my personal experience, the service did not meet the expectations I had when I signed up, and I was not able to use the consulting for the purpose I needed.

Great experience working with this company, helped me setup my US LLC. Everything went flawless and even got to meet the owner at the head offices. Definitely your go to for setting up an bullet proof business structure.
