I was just listening to a documentary about self help scam artists and it reminded me about the time I got sucked into the Wilson Luna web. Thought I’d look up to see what happened to him and was shocked to see that he is still going and has so many positive reviews. To be fair the free seminars were insightful, but then of course you get sucked into courses that you can’t afford, recruit others, and what disturbed me the most was he made people stay up all night to show their commitment to their business, and basically fight for the front row seat like their life depended on it. The more devoted followers looked like zombies in a secret society. The dancing and chanting at the seminars was weird too. I’m hoping he has improved his methods since, as this was sometime ago, but I just wanted to put a warning out there for anyone who doesn’t like cult like behaviour to steer clear. My guess would be that all of these 5 star reviews are part of some sort of sleep deprived frenzied devotion. There were few of us that were disturbed after we got sucked in and realised that we were the only ones freaked out.

Working with Wilson for almost two years has genuinely changed the way I see myself and my life. I have expanded my horizons in ways I didn’t think were possible. I found a new flavour of living -playing full out, full volume, full courage.

Biggest lesson for life: If you want a different outcome, the input must be different!

I started his program almost a year ago. Today I cannot recognize myself. Circumstances that would have paralyzed me are now fueling for even more growth. Living life on purpose with clarity and much joy. Executing on tasks that I couldn't a year ago.

I have a crazy big dream and vision. Wilson's room is THE ONLY SPACE where that dream doesn't scare me. It just seems so possible and tangible.

I attended a session with COACH HQ and Wilson Luna, and I must say, it was an eye-opening experience. While I'm still weighing my options regarding the program, I found the insights shared during the session to be both valuable and thought-provoking.

Grown up with no healthy masculine figures around, I struggled to set my standards, see my worth or be authentic. I thought in order to be “worthy”, I was chasing degree, money and power. Only found myself constantly burnt out and resentful. I was so eager to be seen as “successful” so that I could be finally accepted and loved.

Until I met Wilson, things changed. My first lesson: when you don’t have £1m in your bank, don’t purchase business class. He removed so much transgenerational shame and guilt from me, he gave me the opportunities to see my potentials, my true colour; he held the gentle ground for me to land when I was bruised by the reality.

Love is transformative. It really is. I dropped needs to be validated, I saw my worth, finally. I finally got out of my mental prison and I am able to play unapologetically. The byproduct is that my career has never been this successful— being one of the highest earning vets in the whole country, I can’t wait for my next chapter.

My top lessons from 7 June session
- Leadership is about communication, decision making capability, and positioning myself. I will audit my gaps in these areas and practice until I'm better.
- Be the architect of my career. be responsible and create the path, dont be complacent that being excellent at what i do is enough.
- Consistency in execution of actions which create habits, in turn identity and results. Simple to read but i know change is like turning an oil tanker. The more clarity i have the less motivation i need (esp as indecision leads to stagnation). Requires me to be more conscious than I've ever been.
- Regular conversations with myself will help drop beliefs that dont serve me. My value is more than I realise yet the self doubt is real. A video Wilson showed us how we can discern from what's fact vs fiction, or from reality vs delusion. My emotions aren't or thoughts aren't real and i dont need to indulge them.

What I found insightful was the truth that Wilson delivered. The truth on biology for the male and female blows the view of society out of the water. If female comes from feminine energy (not the taught masculine, matriarchal energy) males will listen!!!

Mastery in leadership is a personal choice. It is in the beingness that it is created not in any job role.
I need to be resourceful in using the resources I have been given to add 90% more than just my job role to be seen and be memorable.

It takes 1% improvement each day and to do reps for 100 hours to become.

What I realise I am doing wrong is being in the public sector where there is no movement.
I need to look at successful leaders in the emotional literacy field and follow their example.

But most importantly, I need to make a decision and commit to it and remember that decision every day and grow by doing the things I say I do not like to kill off the identity I have been living.

Basically a mind blowing day...

I can be an authentic influence by being the product and sum of my actions. It is down to me and me alone!
