Very happy with the fast results I got from Wealth Recovery Solicitors. I was surprised at how quickly they recovered the funds. I had given up hope. I strongly recommend them.

I have contacted Wealth recovery for recovering money lost via a crypto scam. I was very aware at the beginning that recovering lost money via crypto is very challenging and oftentimes impossible, however the service I've received from Wealth recovery was very poor, especially in terms of communication. The company was very quick and eager at contacting me at the beginning in order to receive my payment, however when they started the process to recover the money they went completely radio silent. I had to constantly asked for updates and news, and when pushed via email Wealth recovery responded saying they were doing everything they could (although I had no idea what they were actually doing).
We went on for weeks without any contact or communication on their side, and when I reached out I would get some generic and vague updates, which made me seriously doubt they were actually actively doing anything for my case.

Of course I did not manage to get my money back, but this was not the real issue as I knew this was the most likely outcome. The lack of communication and professionalism really left me puzzled, I even got upset and angry a couple times expressing my frustration, but nothing changed. Still complete radio silence on their side and no updates or communication whatsoever. I'm really disappointed with the service here.

[UPDATE] Editing this review after seeing a reply from wealth recovery where they assess that my review is fake and I have proceeded with another firm. This is such a lie, I have proof of a signed contract with them, several exchanged emails with them and the names of the people I have been in contact with. I am really amazed on how this company can lie even in front of the evidence.

This Firm, Wealth Recovery Solicitors, is a fantastic firm. They help people who have been through horrific financial loss and are the only genuine help you can get when you're a victim of a scam. I was scammed on a forex crypto scam through the company RockchainFXC. I had lost a significant number of funds. I was not sure where to turn and given crypto scams are on the increase it was hard to know where to find help, but WRS were well recommended. WRS were immediately helpful and professional. They worked deligiently with the banks and ombudsman. The procress took almost 12 months to reach a decision, they were always available to answer questions and help me along the way. WRS were totally professional at all stages of the process.
Did they manage to retrieve all my funds? No, however, some of my own naivety had something to do with that failure.
I lost about 88k they retrieved about 30k … some would say that was a success story.
so I thank them for that.

So.. I was scammed for over £65,000 - edge of despair losing sleep - found WRS, would have been grateful to have received anything back but actually they managed to get most of it back - I cried again but for a good reason - I would recommend WRS to anyone who was in my position.

WRS turned around a really bad situation with regards the CFX scam, to one we can move on from, without judgement.
