Following my review below, Feel did get in touch and hopefully the issues has been resolved now. It’s a shame my issue with the process clouded my experience of the product. I am very happy to continue using Feel.

I really liked the product but as a company they are a nightmare. No matter how many times I cancel the subscription still more product arrives. I am sick of them. I even emailed them. But yet more product arrives. You never get a reminder to say We shall process your order in 3 (?) days to give you a fighting chance to stop it. I am drowning in product that I have had to pay for and don’t want.

I placed an order on 8 September 2026 for 3 × Pro Metabolic, and the full payment of SAR 871.95 was charged successfully.
However, I still have not received any dispatch confirmation, Aramex tracking number, or any update about my order.
I have already contacted Feel by email and through the website contact form, but I have not received a response.
I previously ordered from Feel in July, and my order arrived very quickly, within around 1–2 days, so I am very concerned about this delay.
I am travelling very soon and urgently need an update on my order and the tracking number as soon as possible.
Please contact me and resolve this urgently.

Issue resolved quickly. Customer service was very helpful, arranged a replacement immediately, and my order has now been shipped. Great support and communication.

Fast delivery, great products and good customer benefits

Been taking the collagen 1 and 2 for just over a month. Noticeable changes to the look and feel of my skin and reduced pains in my joints . Products are easy to take as taste nice . The creatine i dont particularly like ,find a bit too sweet. Ordered different flavours of the collagen but there has been a delay with my order by evri. Cusomer service are currently looking into it and a replacement should be on its way soon.

Having been a fan of the multi vitamin for years decided to try the metabolism powders. Used for 3 months as directed and noticed no change which is disappointing.

Very easy company to deal with, via the internet. Easy to cancel or change delivery times.
Am still waiting to notice any marked difference, am taking pro metabolic and creatine.

Easy to use website and straight forward ordering

Excellent product really does make my skin feel hydrated, it took a few weeks to see any improvement and my skin was itching so bad it was driving me crazy but since taking the feel plant base collagen the itching as all stopped. ( A very happy menopausal woman). Thank you feel

Poor container, the collegen powder arrived hard. I expect from moisture ingress. The container design is not fit for purpose. I now use my own.

Absolutely awful taste of the pro collegen for hubbys back and the tropical gel sachets. Ive never tasted anything so vile and wasted almost £200 on it.

The tropical gel has an almost beef flavour for a vegan product, imagine a solero icecream dipped in beef fat. Its really bad. The powder, without a measure spoon, is almost as bad with a bitter after taste that neither of us liked.
I could cry at the money we've lost. Hubby has degenerative disc disease and we were hoping this would help. Customer service is a faff to get hold of and cancellation is like jumping through hoops. If its between that and wrinkles for the pro collagen id rather have wrinkles.

Save your money. Its awful. Do Not Buy!!!

I was looking for a vegan collagen supplement and this seemed ideal. I ordered and the products came quickly and with no issue. I had to stop taking it, which was really disappointing. After posting a review, I was contacted straight away by Amelia from Feel Customer Service, who asked more about my symptoms, explained why this may have happened and gave me great some advice on how to take the supplements in a gentler way. She also gave me a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
I'm overwhelmed by the level of service, support and kindness I've been shown. Second to none!

I had an issue with delivery which was slightly frustrating. Cam sorted this out efficiently, and kept in contact with me to make sure everything was ok. Brilliant service, thank you Cam!

Still waiting to receive my product. Was sent a bottle of shampoo instead of my actual order. I emailed them and was advised they had dispatched the actual order on 21st August, still waiting. Have asked for a refund but had no response

Feel - is such an important brand as it’s Vegan the USP is crucial to women’s health especially at menopausal stage of life ..
I started my journey with Feel out of sheer desperation as no one else offers any vegan substitute.
I have ordered initially “pro collagen in peach” tastes lovely fyi it’s a powder thst dissolves in water but towards the bottom of the tin it can get a little bit lumpy but that’s ok you just smash it down again with a spoon after finishing that
I then got the “beauty gummies” they were amazing too a berry flavour .
I got a glow on my skin my neck wrinkles disappeared and on the backs of my hands it’s quite astonishing !
I’ve reordered my procollagen same flavour and in addition ordered “procollagen 2“ for “JOINTS “in Watermelon 🍉 I hope it tastes nice .. and does the job.
Most of all with a vegan solution there are no fillers or weird side effects.
