Fantastic customer service. An issue arose during shipment and the level of customer service was brilliant. Immediate communication and very responsive. All was resolved as quickly as possible. I highly recommend!

Indu beauty plans out each and every product in such detail to ensure that us teen girls get the best of the best! I absolutely adore the sos paste!! It’s my literal best friend! If you have a teen daughter who loves skincare or you’re a teen girl looking for products that actually work while still feeling girly then indu beauty is the best place to shop!!

This is company has amazing products that are perfect for pretty much everyone. They are of amazing quality and worth your money.

Peedy delivery and great customer services

I’ve been using their products for months now. The lipgloss is AMAZING , the moisture fix mask is EXCEPTIONAL and the tonic juice did wonders for my skin. Planning to buy another soon 😋💕

Ellie was lovely and explained things clearly while also pointing me in the right direction ✨

I love Indu so much. Even if it is still a new brand, it has been the most inclusive brand that I get to work with at times. The skincare is teens friendly and I had the ooo of getting the surf sisters bundle and i recommend.

i have used nearly all of their products and i have to say they have only done wonders for my skin!! they send the parcels efficiently and always include cut me stickers in the package!! communication is fab and overall everything is perfect!!

I love their clarifying range, helps me from not breaking out and makes my skin feel so fresh. I received my parcel quite quickly as well.

I bought the Indu universal soft cream moisturiser and I’m obsessed! It makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft, I will defo repurchase and continue to rave about this product

The girl Ellie was really lovely with clear communication !!

Such an amazing company in terms of communication, support and products! Highly recommend. Thank you so much for supporting The Dancer Wellness Experience

I had a really great experience with Indu. Their team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond, and they made the whole experience feel very welcoming and supportive.

What I really appreciate about Indu is how approachable the brand feels and how much they seem to value their community. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping people and creating a positive experience.

Overall, I’ve been really impressed and would definitely recommend Indu to others. It’s great to see a brand that puts so much effort into supporting and engaging with its customers.

Less than one percent. I had to wait weeks for an order and I assumed they were out of business. At least one of their numbers does not connect. This is a scam company.

My exchange with Ellie was great! She was able to help me and respond very quickly.

Your brand is my favourite and I would love to collaborate

The shopping has been fantastic and the products are so amazing! They have never broken me out as they are so gentle on the skin. The shipping and delivery process has always been on time so overall I would say that the brand is amazing and I really recommend the products, especially as they are priced right.

Indus universals cleanser and moisture is the first skincare I’ve used that hasn't ended up having a negative impact on my skin since a long time. really good value for price

It doesn't do anything it doesn't wash my skin properly either if your oily don't use the face wash.
