I would not normally buy bras online but after hearing ongoing promotions on Mamamia outlining their superior quality & fit & checking reviews online I went ahead and bought a range of products based on their size charts and photo gallery of real bodies.

My measurements covered 2 sizes so I bought products from both sizes. None of the products fit me. I requested a full return & they refused this request asking me to send additional photos & asking me to try tightening straps all of which I did. They could clearly see that the products did not fit me despite me following their sizing charts & suggestions.

I asked for someone to call me regarding this which they refused & asked for my request to be escalated. I had to battle for over a month to get a refund & they still refused to pay for the return postage on products that failed. They finally agreed to cover postage after I have sent it back & have subsequently refused to reimburse me for the poistage I had to pay.

Do not buy from Nala. I will be taking further action regarding this

Terrible quality and service. Beware. Bra arrived, didn't fit properly and came apart completely at the back after one wash. Was asked to send photos of it on which I was given no feedback on. Multiple emails that did not seem surprised that it had come apart at the seam or go to any trouble to rectify apart from sending short flippant emails signed off with kisses. It was implied I would get a replacement and refund for all the trouble of going backwards and forwards then they changed their minds and said I could choose one or the other. Really poor quality and unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I've previously loved my Nala bras and was excited to try a sports bra. Unfortunately, the sizes don't go as high as the regular bras so I was unable to find a fit. Nala needs to make larger band sizes for sports - bigger girls go to the gym too!

Great company. Easy ordering, fast delivery. Love the bra's I got. I have trouble finding comfortable ones that fit properly but I've found a winner. Bought 3 colours and multiple of each. Totally set for bra's now. Would love a white though.

I have been wearing a bra for nearly 60 years & after seeing the ads & researching I finally thought I would give them a try.
I absolutely love them. Love no wires !
Love the colours! Love the strapless as well, stays up & is comfortable.
Had been wearing the 16DD but after a couple of weeks realised I should have purchased the 14 as product longevity much better.
I purchased the support wire free which I love, also tried the mesh triangle bralette but this one is only for around the house as not really supportive & not a great shape.

Not only are these the best bras and undies I’ve ever worn but the service and delivery is top rated. Got me for life Nala.

Best bras ever - gorgeous fun colours, reliable, lightweight, great looking, and so so comfortable. Finally enjoying wearing a bra that looks and feels good all day. I think what REALLY helped were the breast pics, as we women know we all come in different shapes and sizes and these photos were a great guide for your amazing bra range. Thank so SO much. My Nala bras are 💯 perfect, the style, fit and colours. I have bought both of the wireless sport bras are they are amazingly comfortable. The t-shirt bras are amazing, I bought both the padded and unpadded, wire and wireless. They have definitely exceeded my expectations. ❣️

Really poor customer service and inaccurate sizing. I placed an order for an item than I needed quickly for an upcoming rafter seeing their 24 hour dispatch time frames. I paid for express post to ensure it arrived in time.
After not receiving a dispatch notification in the expected time frame, I sent an email requesting an update, only to be told the product I ordered had been sold out. They hadn't bothered to contact me, but then offered a different colour which I accepted. I required it to be posted to a different address as I was now not confident it would arrive before I left for the event and asked when I could expect it to be dispatched. The response on this was again vague, saying they would dispatch once the address was updated. I then asked to cancel the order as I would need to find an alternative, to which I was told wasn’t possible as they were then going to dispatch it… I highlighted that I was not happy with the service and they are charging customers for a service they aren’t delivering, yet there was still no offer to refund the express post fees.
Once received, the items were way too big, I ordered my usual size and both were 1-2 cup sizes larger. Wouldn’t order from them again.

I have made purchases from Wear Nala twice now. I was unhappy with my first purchase, but thought I would give them one more go..Their underpants feel like I've wrapped my undercarriage in glad wrap, so I didn't even go there a second time..
The bra fabric is comfortable, but it stretches out and perishes really really quickly. Very poor quality.
The bras....look, I want to love them because they do feel comfortable, but they do not lift at all- they do absolutely nothing for your figure and make you look saggy and matronly. if you are a larger busted woman like myself- I wear a 10G- just forget it, you won't find a good bra here. These would be okay for just flopping around the house, but honestly, anytime I walk past a mirror and catch a glance at myself in one of these bras I go and change into a different brand immediately. there is just something about these bras that is so unflattering and depressing. Maybe these bras work ok for women rocking smaller busts, but if you are bigger chested and want to feel horrible about yourself, then buy from this brand! poor quality, poor fit, awful shaping. Sorry Wear Nala, but I won't be wearing you again. blergh.

If I could put zero I would. I ordered on the 3rd Feb no tracking number sent so I emailed to check if there was an issue, only to be told the product I ordered had been sold out. They hadn't bothered to contact me to say they had sold out. After I complained they offered a different colour, I accepted that. I'm still waiting for a tracking number or any correspondence from Nala. Thoroughly disappointed and feel scammed.

The feel of the material is lovely.

But unless you have firm boobs and literally no fat , they aren't for you!

Was so looking forward to wireless bras. But no go.

Made contact to return, I returned coming up 3 weeks ago no reply nor refund !

I would not buy again.
It is super soft material which I liked.
However it offered limited support and did not give a good shape under a tshirt.
The band under the bra (where a wire would go in a wired bra) folds over after just a short time wearing and becomes uncomfortable.

The best bras I have ever owned.
Comfortable, wire free, feel great.
I was dubious at first and just ordered 2 pairs to get the size right. Last week ordered 4 more and they arrived super quickly in a couple of days.
Convert and fan… will be getting more soon.
