Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that the adhesive arrived damaged. This certainly isn’t the experience we want our customers to have.

Please get in touch with us directly so we can understand what happened and arrange a replacement adhesive to be sent to you free of charge.

We appreciate you letting us know and we’ll do our best to put this right.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience - we’re really pleased to hear the Weather Defender strip feels like a quality product and that you found it easy to install.

It’s great to know it’s already helped improve the seal along the bottom of the door and supported your dehumidifier setup over winter. You’re absolutely right though: if there’s still a draught at the top and sides, that will typically be coming from the perimeter seals (side/top weatherstrips) or small gaps around the frame rather than the threshold area.

If you’d like, reply to us with a couple of photos of the door closed from the outside (including the top corners) and we’ll gladly point you in the right direction on what to adjust or add to improve the overall seal.

Thanks again for your feedback, and we’re happy the Weather Defender is doing its job where it’s designed to - sealing the bottom of the door.

We’re really sorry for the trouble with your order. Unfortunately, your parcel was damaged in transit on two occasions — due to the long, slim nature of the draught excluder — which can occasionally happen despite careful packaging. We completely understand how disappointing this was, especially after choosing next-day delivery.

Our team did everything possible to resolve the issue quickly, but we appreciate this experience fell short of expectations. We’ve reviewed the situation to help prevent it happening again and genuinely value your feedback.
