I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

My funds have been blocked for over 4 months with no valid explanation. Every time I try to withdraw, I either receive no response or vague excuses from support.

This is completely unacceptable. A legitimate platform does not freeze users’ funds for months without transparency or resolution.

Customer support has been ineffective and unhelpful, and there has been no concrete solution provided despite repeated requests.

At this point, I am seriously concerned about the safety of users’ funds. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Be very careful before depositing your money here.

I’ve been dealing with blocked funds on this app for over 4 months now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I keep receiving the same generic responses with no real updates or resolution.

I found it impossible to withdraw after I deposited. I sent numerous messages to their support but to no avail. Avoid this site. They are scammers and you won't get paid. I would rather stick to a more transparent and profitable platform like # Crop#Mines.....# with them my withdrawals has been going smoothly.

Bitget wallet has started to record screen by itself, I have an iPhone and I’m sure I don’t activate it, in addition, to activate it I should turn up to view control panel and tap record screen button. I didn’t 100% sure, I only see how clock indicator has change color red indicating screen recording activated. Incredible…

THIS EXCHANGE IS THE WORST EXCHANGE IN THE WORLD AND NOONE SHOULD USE IT. I did not connect my wallet to any dodgy sight. I have not stored my phrase on my camera roll and no one knew my seed phrase not even myself! Your moneys not safe with these scammers they steal it. It’s internal fraud and I am currently taking legal action against these low life dirty scammer of an exchange
