Bitget Wallet is the best when it comes to friendly user interface, low fees and seamless transactions.
I love it alot.

They didn't give reward on telegram. Their Airdrop is totally SCAM.
I did their 1M Airdrop Task. But, No reward received.

I am new user of Bitget wallet with trading possibilities.
I am happy to use the app, as it is easy, convenient and explains well.
I am using Bitget app to earn in staking.

Scammers cheat people out of their money. They claim you’ve won a certain amount, but to unlock it, you must pay a deposit. After that, they cut off all contact.

Ho trovato questa società poco professionale per il comportamento avuto riguardo alcuni suggerimenti e la loro app poco fluida e, probabilmente per causa mia che conosco l’inglese a livello scolastico, non mi sono trovato bene.
Ho recensito sullo store di Apple la stessa segnalando semplicemente la mancanza di questo idioma che ne limita molto l’utilizzo per chi come me non mastica fluidamente l’inglese, ma agli sviluppatori non piacciono le recensioni sotto le 4 stelle…quindi è stata fatta rimuovere ben due volte.
In questa app manca la lingua italiana.
Al mondo sono riconosciute oltre 7000 lingue e l’italiano risulta essere la 23ª lingua più diffusa.
Capite bene cari sviluppatori che forse è necessario aggiungere l’italiano?
Tra l’altro su questa piattaforma si investono soldi e determinati termini non sono di uso comune per chi ha una conoscenza dell’inglese a livello scolastico e sarebbe necessario agevolare gli utenti per averne un beneficio anche voi in termini di utilizzatori.
Di gran lunga meglio Trust Wallet o Binance, almeno comprendo quello che è necessario per effettuare le mie scelte in termini di investimenti e scambi.

be aware bitget is scammer.I open binance and Okk with my ID it is pass and ok. But in Bitget use my ID did not pass, use my unique identification number card, Immigration control card, driven card every thing I have but did not pass .Cause they give you welcome bonus that have time limit so making delay good for them. now I lose my airdrop. Please don't deal with Bitget.

Your customer service is absolutely horrible. You, as a Chinese company, seem incapable of fulfilling your obligations and resort to marketing phrases and lies instead of providing real support. If you actually cared about your “precious” customers, as you claim, this issue would have been resolved quickly. I make numerous trades and generate significant revenue for the app, yet you have failed to address my concerns properly.

The amount I am claiming is quickly recovered through the fees you charge me, which is an undeniable fact.

That said, I have already transferred all my funds to Binance. After receiving this unsatisfactory response from Bitget, let me make it clear that I no longer support your platform. On the contrary, I will be submitting complaints on App Store, Trustpilot, and also escalating this issue across social media, Telegram communities, and Twitter.

Our paths won’t cross again, and rest assured, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure no family, friend, or anyone I know ever uses this app.

I got scammed by internals My Bitget wallet funds was stolen, I tried to email Bitget wallet support to recover my stolen funds so many times without any response.
Customer service is terrible and if there i can rate them would give them -10 from 10.
My money was transferred without me knowing.
They have no security system in place.

Bitget Wallet, plusieurs plateformes malhonnêtes utilisent cette application sans être contrariées par Bitget Wallet.
Si vous vous faites arnaquer ils ne vous aideront pas, au contraire si vous postez ce qui vous ai arrivé sur Telegram ils vous bloqueront.
Ils protègent les plateformes qui arnaquent les utilisateurs, ils doivent certainement en tirer profit puisque qu'ils utilisent leur application.
Le support vous répondra une fois ou deux mais ne fera rien pour empêcher les arnaqueurs. Tout est bon pour se faire du fric chez eux.

Scammers et pillage de vos crypto monnaies, n'est pas validé par l' AMF. Aucun soutien du service technique. Fuyez !

Pure Scam. They promise you to make money. You can invest as much as you want without any verification and check/control. Then, if you want to withdraw only a part, they block you. It means you can’t access your money you invested. Not only about profits, even not your initial funds. After they tell you that you wan in a reward some thousands of dollars, in my case over 300’000. But they ask first to pay 50’000 to the access to your funds and then also the reward of 300’000. Guess what happens if you pay 50’000. Nothing. Maybe another excuse for another fee to pay to get access to what belongs to you. Absolutely fraudulent if a platform blocks access to your funds you paid and invested.
