Wasted time.
Needed a new oven urgently, placed an order here as they listed the oven as in stock. Next day they get back to me to say it's not in stock but on order. A few days later and it's still showing as in stock on the website. Also stated that it comes with a plug and they cannot hardwire it. Well it can be hardwired and if their team aren't qualified to do it then why are they even offering installation for such products?

The company contacted me very quickly after Iâd received the email confirming my order to arrange delivery. The day before delivery I was called again to confirm the delivery time and the delivery was on time. Around a week after taking delivery I received an email reminder to register the product for the warranty. Very good customer service.
