Very helpful and informative when my freezer broke down. An easy decision to purchase a new one which was delivered in 2. days after first getting in touch which was a weekend when I first approached them

Clearly set out details on website, including good offer price, helped by free delivery. Reasonable recycling and installation charges making whole process of replacing a washing machine £50 cheaper than competitors at the time. Good contact given about delivery and installation and process carried through efficiently and carefully by installers.

Although the delivery of the fridge-freezer was delayed by a week, they did warn me earlier via email before placing the order.

The fridge was delivered on the day and close to the end of the timeframe I was given. I have yet to unpack though the service was good and I was kept updated with the whereabouts of the package.

Managed to get a very nice Bosch fridge-freezer for an absolutely astounding price given what other retailers were selling it for. It was delivered by Anthony who was very friendly, very helpful getting it in the house and lovely to meet and chat to! Webbs has been super communicative and I was always in the loop about what was happening in the order process. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful delivery staff and customer service

I needed to purchase a washing machine snd dishwasher. On research I found Webbs Electrical to be very competitive to their counterparts. In addition, they had a multi buy discount too making the purchase of these two items very affordable. When, I had a question Webbs were able to answer my query quickly and in a timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Alex the salesman was helpful and gave prompt service, going out of his way to organise a fast delivery and fitting for me. Anthony both delivered and fitted the freezer with care. So far the freezer has functioned well, no issues with the fitting.
