They screw my entire business stay away from Web Design Dock.

DEAR GOD READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FIRST!

This company extracted $6,000 out of me, promised the world, and then kept introducing unexpected fees to keep my site up.

I was promised lifetime support, and was assured the cost was ALL INCLUSIVE. My website would randomly go down, and when I contacted them for support they would introduce a new TLS certification fee, hosting support subscription fee, or whatever else they could come up with. When I expressed frustration I was openly mocked for not understanding how websites work, and was told "if you bought a new car, would you expect a mechanic to fix you car for life".

The final straw was when I randomly had a malicious casino/betting link at the top of my website, and they insisted I would need to pay $2,200 USD for "One Year of Support".

After refusing to pay any extra, I received a call from one of their reps who insisted I need to pay, or else my site would be taken down. "The well is dry" was my response, and now my entire website is a dedicated casino/betting site.

After this experience and after reading other reviews here, I am thoroughly convinced they placed this link here, as well as the previous issues with our site, all so they could hold my site for ransom and extract additional payment.

I IMPLORE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I TRULY CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW MUCH YOU'LL REGRET IT.

Dont recommend them at all when I asked them to give all my data related to my website they refused because I choice to go with different hosting company. They cant be trusted.

This company promised me a fully functuable website, which is the farthest thing from the truth.. My website, akshowerpros.com which was first built in 2023, has never been fully functionable. Hell, a customer cant even leave their info for me to get in touch with a potential customer bc of broken links in the website they made. They have never fixed it and my startup business never even had a chance to get going because I paid these people for the website, website marketing, which they promised great results, and never got a single lead probably bc the bullshit website they made didnt even work fully. I paid this company over 12k for everything, and now have to have a new website made because the files they sent me to the website they made can't even be transfered to a new host. This place is a total joke and will steal all your business startup money u have, and will fail if you trust these people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR NEW BUSINESS TO EVEN STAND A CHANCE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Told me I was paying for lifetime hosting and domain. 1 year and $6000 later I am back to no website.

Stay away from this company. They are a scam and they actually aren’t even in America. They will scam you and when there’s an issue they won’t fix it unless you remove the comment. I have all emails saved from them. Stay away from this company.

Aaron, the project lead that I was working with was a great experience. He was creative, patience and a true professional who knows his stuff.

I paid thousands of dollars to build a website but they will nickel and dime in order to maintain the website. They will not give you the domain and make excuses after excuses. They are a bunch of scammers based in India.

Don’t do Busienss with company. They hold the domain of your company hostage and ask for a kings ransom. Make sure you have access to the hosting and domain yourself or else they will extort. Do not give them access to the domain and hosting. These guys are based overseas in India and will scam someone that is not familiar with website building.

Don't trust them, they are scammers based oversease. Once they build the website they will hold you hostage and not give any info or rights to the website. They make up excuses how they only can do it themselves but in reality they just you to stay with them and waste money for no reason. They prey on people and extort money from their call center. Read all the 1 star reviews. All the good reviews are fake.

Tha company makes follow up calls to better have to know how the built website is ready doing and see if there’s any other way towards improving the activity of our organization!

Here’s a honest review. The web design its self is perfect. My website was designed in a timely mater. You will have some serve issues. The over all experience is not bad.
