Web Districts asked me for a review the same day the website was completed. At the time it looked good and I was happy, there were some inconsistencies with cost but overall a decent result.
I've had my site for 6 months now and there have been numerous issues, Web Districts will charge your credit card and then call you saying "we're sending you an invoice just respond 'accepted'" with no explanation. Ive instructed them to remove my card from their system numerous times and they have confirmed that it was, however 1 month later they will try to charge it again, like clockwork. Thus far its been 1300 dollars in non-approved charges that I've had to fight with them and my credit card company to recoup.
And as of today they have taken the site down and said it will be another 700 to bring it back. Avoid these scam artists and go with a local company.

Very helpful team in designing my logo to my liking. Only reason for 4 stars is because every time they called me it was impossible to hear because they operate in a call center it sounds like. I can overhear 20 different conversations. Then no matter how often you say you don’t want additional services they will do anything to get you on the phone tk give you a long pitch in different things you should pay for.
Logo came out great.

This company is a total scam. They take money upfront. Don't check-in code to your repo. Claim they're developing but really are just using old defunct web templates from their other scam company creative design dok. Always passing you from one person giving you a reason why something isn't done or completed. Tried multiple times to tell me I need hipaa or pci security. None of that is true or even part of my request. Logos are all generated from public logo generators - no custom work. They're passing off cheap free wordpress materials as "custom" but then they even bother to transfer the code you've paid for. My request was a very basic website that shouldn't take 1 person more than 2 weeks to totally launch from scratch. Over a month and all i have is a garbage mock up using outdated templates, a logo generated from a free logo generated site, and no actual code in my own repo. This company is a total waste of money and time. File a cc dispute and move on.

Apparently I hit a nerve with this scam team. They keep requesting for Trustpilot.com to move this review to their other scam company creative design dok. It's not a mistake- these scammers don't know how to configure dns. They deployed a fake mock wordpress to their old scam domain. I have email communications and screenshots showing this.

These guys are quick and witty. I like the work and customer service. I will definitely recommend family and friends.

Things started off rather rocky, but ended rather smooth. Initially I was promised my website would be complete within 2 weeks, but that was an oversell. It also was not communicated to me that what I truly wanted would be extra charges. Therefore, I felt I was being nickled and dimed. I was a ball of emotions: angry, disappointed, frustrated, etc.. After speaking with Rodney Smith and Liam Paul, I began to understand the scope of work and that 2 weeks was very aggressive timeline. My nerves settled. All of this could have been avoided from the beginning had there been clear communication upfront during the sales call.

My project manager, Kelvin James, did his best to complete the project in a timely fashion and was very respectful throughout the process.

Kelvin is always available to help and very responsive. He is great to work with.

WebDisttict is beyond the five-star rating. They are patient and attentive. Mr. Kelvin James has represented this brand with the utmost integrity, diligence, and hard work it took to bring my business to life. After having a bad experience with another company. Web District has restored and super exceeded my expectations.

Great service and very patient. I asked for a logo design and I couldn't quite finalize. They waited while I came back with suggestions/revisions and finally committed on a great design. The one thing that needs to happen is update or get rid of the online platform used to send msg's back and forth. Otherwise great service and I am happy with the outcome.

This is a scam company that will take your money. They have a virtual address in CA but outsource all your work to Pakistan and the back and forth in order to get website up in 4 months was a joke. “Please just give us a little more time” I heard that so many times. Why? So I push my business launch date further because you cannot deliver? I set up a Shopify page over the weekend without their help.

Now that the project is not delivered and I am looking for a refund, they no longer respond to my emails or answer my calls. They have stolen my money and delivered me no website, no paid services rendered or 3D video package delivered that was over $2,500.

Kevin was able to assist me with all the questions I had.

Great communication, quick responses and great attention to detail. This was a very easy process and very reasonably priced.

I place my order with web districts but somehow our investor changed their minds so we decided to withdraw the project and move in another direction we requested the refund and Rodney the Refund Department head Catered our request very professionally.

Very professional staff and extremely helpful to a tech novice such as my self. Their ongoing support and patience is absolutely incredible. I plan on using their services for my other businesses in the future.
