For years hostings on different servers, I have hosted with webhostface and experience is great , Technical support is just informative and there is not much wait. Hosting has been good, Will strongly recommend to host with them.

I've been hosting with Webhostface since 2017, I never heard about them before then but I got a deal from one of the sites I'm following.
Ever since I've enjoyed a top-notch service and almost 100% uptime. Whenever I have issues which might not be directly connected to their services, they are there to help and swiftly at that.

I'm using this shared hosting plan from last 2 years and the experience was amazing. I did not expect such good hosting also the support system is very good, you dont have to wait too long to get your issue resolve.

I've been with WebHostFace for over a year now, and have had the LEAST problems with it compared to all other providers. They even did nearly all the work of transitioning my sites from another host that gave up. To repeat the title: Absolutely wow.

This web host i have used for 3 years.
They answer all my dumb questions and they have helped me solve my problems several times.
Always friendly and you cannot beat their prices and services.

I love these guys. My saga started several years ago when I had major issues with my website. It turned out I had unwittingly added a period at the end of a sentence in a place that would then turn my website off.

I had called my webhost at the time and could not get through at first. Then I was routed through several layers of people. Then I was told there was nothing they could do right then, but for a $150 fee they would look at it and help me resolve it.

Frustrated, I went online to find a new webhost. I was tooling around on the internet and noticed that numerous sites mentioned the dedication and excellent service of this new startup called WebHostFace.

So, I went to their site and saw they had a special. I signed up for their webhosting service, thinking I would get around to contacting them the next day and see if they could help. (This was all at 11pm my time in Arizona.)

Ten minutes - TEN MINUTES! - later, my phone rings. It's Stephan calling me about my new account asking if he could help me move everything over! I was flabbergasted. I've had websites since 1997. I'm a longtime website creator. NEVER have I seen this kind of service, and certainly not in the middle of the night.

We chatted for a bit and I decided to trust him with my log on credentials. He looked at the back end of my site, found the wayward period in the middle of the code, and got my site back up and running.

Then Stephan offered to help me move the whole site to WHF. While we talked about my goals and vision for the site, he got the whole thing done. He then helped me move my email accounts and my DNS servers.

This was probably 6 or 7 years ago. I remain loyal to them to this day. Very few outages, very few down times. And best of all, I can go to my account any time and have a quick live chat with Tech support. No long waits, no busy signals, no "press this and then press that and then press this again."

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I really do love these guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about the WebHostFace team. All my websites are hosted at WebHostFace, and they have always been super helpful and professional, and have answered my questions and assisted me 24/7. I was new to web design on Wordpress... and sometimes they even explained things to me in the nicest way (example - get an SSL). Thank you so much for all your help.

I have been able to host a website which I created with different software. As a musician, the Mobirise application combined with a one-time payment for life for hosting is very helpful.

WebHostFace is good for basic or premium hosting solutions and affordable prices. They need some work with how to contact Premium Support for issues even the best developers cannot understand, but this is a great site.
