I have been with Webhost face for over two years, and I am delighted with the quality of hosting and service they provide. When I renew, they offer a discount each time. I rarely have site down-time.

The WebhostFace service has been great. I have run into zero issues with my hosting plan. Originally I had signed up for a lifetime hosting plan, and I have since hosted several websites on their servers. I have experienced no downtimes, and no problems. They are well worth the cost. I would recommend them in the future.

I have been a customer since 2017 for my wordpress hosted site. They even migrated my website over free of charge. I have not had a single issue and they do communicate details of outages or issues if any.

Overall I am glad I found them and I do highly recomend them,

always present to bring you the best service.

I now use WebHostFace as my only hosting service, after using GoDaddy, among other big name hosters. WebHostFace beats them all when it comes to value, and their support has been unbeatable. When I've had issues I've been able to talk to a real person to get help within minutes. I have zero complaints after using WHF for about 2 years now, and will be staying with them for the foreseeable future.

I've got a 5 yrs deal.. almost 4 years ago.. At that time I thought it's too good to be true, but hey.. it was pretty cheap so I had no high expectations.
Boy I was wrong, they still amaze me with what offer I got at that time and I have hosted more than 10 sites during this period and I only had 1 time problems: when they moved due to GDPR ... but that was fixed and works great since like ever. I not regret my acquisition and most likely will continue with them.

A few years ago I was inquiring about new hostings for my clients. Looking at reviews I found WebHostFace, when looking at their prices and the technology of their servers I decided to buy a shared hosting for one of my clients, today I also have a plan contracted with them. Something negative I have to say is that the same plan that I bought years ago today has fewer options available, in one way or another they force you to buy a more advanced package when you really don't need it due to the traffic and characteristics of your website . The support service works well, however I think they could improve their technical support as the chat (which is the most immediate) only takes care of basic issues. In conclusion, this hosting has a good quality/cost ratio for average websites, however, I don't know if I would use it for websites that need much more resources.

I will never look back with these guys and ladies. Every dealing I've had with them has been superb, and I've tried lots of hosts over the years. Friendly, supportive and their deals are exceptional.

No complaints. can't remember the last time there was a downtime with WHF, but I guess when it happened, it really didn't affect my hosted sites. Support response times were quick and any issues were resolved right away. No regrets signing up with WHF since day 1. Highly recommended.
