Affordable hosting and domain with great customer service

I have been with WebHostFace for quite some time now and have been very happy with their service and there is always a customer representative available when I have any questions!

It has been a few years with WebHostFace and certainly is the best experience so far regarding hosting. No down time and the 24/7 support is amazing! I tried in the past a few host providers - without doubt, WebHostFace is the best. I selected for the quality and pricing but I stay for the amazing service! I never received such professional support and never met people with so much good will! The customer Support is really really good, they address the issue kindly, always very fast and efficient service replies. My Favorite WebHostFace :)

I earned the nickname "The Vendor Terminator" in 1995 after kicking out a major tobacco company and major beverage distributor from my then owned convenience stores. Since then, I've probably fired 1,000 vendors over the years. I make my expectations clear before hiring a vendor. WebHostFace was no exception. Now that I've been with them for a few months, having the opportunity to test the waters as well as place a support ticket, I can safely say that WebHostFace is a company worthy of recommending. I kept the original chat from my inquires pre-purchase. Much to my satisfaction, everything told to me is exactly as it is was relayed. I've terminated companies such as HostGator, HostNine and others for subpar service at best. (Be warned, the company that owns those characters owns hundreds of companies under EIG (Endurance International Group) and you should avoid all of those companies. It is hard to find a company that is NOT EIG owned. Thankfully, WebHostFace has no interest in being absorbed by EIG which was probably the icing on the cake that made me make the move. The one support ticket I have put in was a little more complex than I think either side thought it would be, but they kept on the task and ultimately got it working the way it needed to. So, I have no complaints and highly recommend WebHostFace!

WebHostFace was a great/cost effective way to make and host my band's website. I've used the service for three years now and I've never had any problems, they also have a great customer service team if you need help setting anything up. A lot better than some other hosting services I've used. (cough cough...start father...cough cough)

Long time WebHostFace customer here. First of all, I'm not sure how I found WebHostFace many years ago, but I'm glad I did. I feel bad for keeping it my little secret lol. But it's awesome, website is always up, and truly unlimited with their terms.

I got a 2 year plan for their "extra" tier shared hosting through stacksocial. I had no complaints when using it and everything seems to work fine. I would say it's decent, but doesn't really stand out when compared with other providers.

Very high-quality hosting and support is perfect!
My favorite is by chat... You don't have to wait and it is valuable when you work on a website and need the answer ASAP! They always find a solution and it can be at any time of day or night!

Very good price for basic web hosting. A nice easy to use control panel. Lots of prebuilt apps ready to go if you need to use certain tools. Basic email features are good. Subdomain management is also very good.
