BUYER BEWARE!! This company is NOT customer oriented! They charged me almost $500 to renew after the first year and didn't even send a courtesy notice prior. They are betting on customers forgetting so that they can charge more. Not only that, this did not work for my audience.

And what makes it even more frustrating is that others are now getting lifetime access for $97!!!

When I respectfully requested a refund the day after they charged my card, I was given so many different opportunities to stay. And when I said I wanted a refund, they said that they had to escalate the request and I would not hear from them for a while. I'm so disappointed that I did business with a company that doesn't care about their clients!!! ☹️

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

***UPDATE: And now they have answered in defense of their policy of not giving a heads up for an annual renewal and I STILL don't have a refund or answer.

I realize that I'm out the money, and I take responsibility for not making a note to cancel, but I still think this is horrible customer service!

WebinarKit allows me to set up SubAccounts so I can manage all of my individual projects/clients in their own sub-account. A feature most platforms don’t offer or I would have to pay a huge extra fee for.

WebinarKit may not be the best choice if you need to do high-visual-quality Live webinars. It may be a better choice if you primary need is a platform for Automated webinars.

We do a lot of Live webinars and bought the "best deal ever" package expecting that the promoted "100% HD audio & video quality”, “Pixel-Perfect Webinars", and "Crystal-Clear HD Video” would apply to both Live and Automated webinars, only to discover that Live webinars are limited to 720p (automated webinars stream in 1080p).

As far as we can tell, nowhere in WebinarKit's marketing or online documentation is this clearly specified, which let to confusion and disappointment post-purchase.

Live webinar layouts for screen sharing and multi-speaker webinars are also limited. Screen-sharing or presentation sharing requires the speaker's camera view to be hidden or overlaid on top of the shared screen/presentation. There are no side-by-side view options available.

This means additional effort is required when preparing presentations for sharing on live webinars due to need to leave a section of the slides blank (where the speaker's camera view will be overlaid on top of the slide).

Furthermore, when screen/presentation sharing, only one speaker can be visible at a time, which is a limitation that many other platforms do not have.

It would be good to see WebinarKit invest more into enhancing its Live webinar functionality to support more modern Live webinar layouts and a 1080p live streaming option.

I rated WebinarKit a 3 because the platform has strong functionality and potential value proposition for a company selling services products, but the poor onboarding and lack of support experience created unnecessary frustration and delays in using the tool to grow my business.

Once built, the webinar tools work well for evergreen webinars, replays, offers, surveys, CRM tagging, payment integration, and creating a more professional experience than a basic Zoom-style webinar. The technology has real value.

The problem is that new users are not guided clearly enough. The training feels more promotional than instructional, with too much emphasis on results and features and not enough step-by-step guidance on how to actually build, edit, save, and run a webinar. The AI pitch tool was especially confusing. I used a large portion of my credits, could not tell how to properly edit or save the presentation, and without ability to get support within 24 hours, lost both the content and the credits.

Support was the biggest issue. Depending heavily on a Facebook group and slow email responses does not work when users are trying to implement. A paid presentation service also took nearly three weeks with little communication and wasn't what was expected. I thought in paying I was going to get a webinar. Not a power point presentation.

Founders should know: the product is powerful, but onboarding, support responsiveness, and customer communication need serious improvement.

The platform is easy to use, and the value is great. I have had the software for years, and it has been an overall great experience. The software is well-maintained. The features are regularly updated. The creators really seem to care about the results you get from using their product. I appreciate their focus on making this a great product. I respect the longevity of the software. So many people promise to be great, and if you don't log in for a while, you'll go back, and the URL doesn't even work. That's not something I worry about with WebinarKit. It works, and it's not going anywhere. However, it keeps getting better.

I am fairly new to webinarkit.com, but what I have experienced so far has been phenomenal. I am invited to training experiences and I am made aware of any and all updates. The response time is also very great! I never feel alone in the process of learning how to make the best use of the system. The price is also very reasonable for all that you receive. I was looking for something where I could pre-record my masterclasses, but allow customers to go back and view them at their leisure. WebinarKit.com meets this need. I'm so glad that I found out about them!

I recently purchased the Best Deal Ever Bundle from WebinarKit and have been impressed by the value for the price. As someone completely new to creating webinars, I was able to build a webinar that I am genuinely excited about.

My biggest challenge so far has been learning the platform and knowing where to find the right training resources. Initially, I assumed the Academy section was the primary place for step-by-step instruction, but I later discovered that the Help section contains much of the practical guidance I was looking for. That was a bit confusing as a new user.

I have also struggled at times with finding where my webinars are saved, returning to them, and making updates such as adjusting audio and other settings. The Academy videos are helpful, but they move quickly, which can make them difficult for beginners to follow.

That said, I believe much of my learning curve comes from being new to webinar creation in general. As I become more familiar with the platform, I expect navigation and workflow will become much easier.

Overall, I feel WebinarKit offers excellent value, and I am looking forward to exploring more advanced features, including the White Label options and how they can support business growth. While I would love to see more beginner-focused training, my experience has been positive, and I am excited to continue learning the platform.

Webinarkit is the best tool I've ever used. I've tried various more popular webinar and auto-webinar tools, but Webinarkit stands out from them primarily because of its numerous integrations, such as MailerLite, which saves you from having to spend more money on Zapier integration. It's a fantastic tool with a wonderful and intuitive page builder. It brilliantly tracks who registered, who attended, and who didn't. I know exactly who saw the offer or clicked the buy now button. I could go on for hours. Without hesitation, I dare say it's the best software on the market, not to mention its excellent AI support, which generates webinar presentations and invites users via text message. I wholeheartedly recommend Webinarkit!
