They replied to my review which is nice, but it's frustrating because they still do not address the issue that I had. They still act as if I didn't cancel in time, but I COULD NOT LOG IN. But all they will say is that "my account was active and not canceled in time." But whatever, and I find it odd that they replied to a review I left nearly a year ago. I'm also not sure why I'm bothering updating this review as it's a waste of time, but whatever. I'm certainly not going to waste any more time over $40 from a year ago. But buyer beware- they're not playing around.

I can't comment on the actual product as I never got to use it. I couldn't get logged in to use it, asked customer support to support to cancel it and thought it was. They disagree and charged me. That's their prerogative and I was stupid enough give my credit card number, but they want their money for a service that wasn't used. I got a polite but firm, "tough luck." The offered a discount if I stayed on, but I had already selected another software. I prefer not to deal with a company like this. But in the end, they win, and I'm out $40. Good luck to them, but I'd suggest that someone considering using this company, to keep looking.

Interesting how this software, that's been around since 2021 has no reviews on here.

So far, I've been holding on to it - not used it, but in the midst of handover to another party. Let's see how that goes.

WebinarKit has been amazing for my business. I use the automated webinars feature constantly and it's a great lead source for my business as it integrates with Pabbly Connect (which I use to push leads to my autoresponder).

It's a great tool for those who want to run webinars on autopilot. (And webinars in general although I haven't tried their live features yet).

One thing, to really set up all the features you have to go into editing the webinar room where they have A BUNCH of stuff you can configure.

A really great tool

We've used other platforms like Everwebinar and were always disappointed by the lack of sophistication possible. WebinarKit is great at being turn key simple and familiar to get a webinar live on their platform and then also gives you a way to seamlessly plug into your CRM, track url parameters, customize their pages FULLY using the editor, or even embed their tool into your own pages. Beyond that you can actually brand your own webinar pages. The more I dug in, the more I was impressed. The best part is they are on the cutting edge of developing out cool AI features for webinars as well. The company has a very customer friendly and responsive team too. Can't say enough about WebinarKit. Don't mistake this for just a "budget friendly" software alternative. WebinarKit packs a mean punch. Definitely check it out.

Easily the best in the webinar space. The rest seem to be unsupported and don't have any AI selling which for me has helped bring in more clients every month. Plus I hate paying 400/mo for others that don't do half as much. Hands down the best feature set and less expensive so really a no brainer.

WebinarKit is seriously one of the best tools out there for running webinars. It’s more affordable than a lot of the big-name platforms, but somehow more powerful and way easier to use.

I have been in the industry of webinars for over 10 years and I have not found a tool as good as webinar when it comes to creating evergreen webinars that sell it’s so simple to set up to integrate with all of my other system so when someone buys I get delivered, but also I can track to see how long someone’s been watching my webinar and who bought who didn’t and I can create emails based of how much of the webinar that they have watched and I don’t know any other two out there that does that plus with all of their new AI integration where it’s building your slides for you. It’s got automated AI response for the people asking questions on there. The ability to scale is gonna be crazy even for somebody that doesn’t know how to build webinar so excited for the new updates. Thank you,

Honestly the best one out there. It has the ability to embed my webinar room which I haven't seen elsewhere. Also the only one with AI chat responses that I've seen. It has more features and it's priced about 1/4 as expensive as most of the other ones. The support has been fine, they have a widget you can write into right on the site. Definitely recommended

Canceled my subscription during the trial period and charged me not once but 3 times for over $900!!!

Scumbags and horrible customer service

GetWebinarKit has some issues with customer communication. Recently, they restricted new accounts with ages less than 7 days. This restriction did not allow my leads to register for the webinar. When contacted, the support team informed me that my account was restricted. I had my ads running and went on vacation just to find out on return that my ads were running but the webinar registration was not working. Obviously, that was a loss for me and a poor user experience for my leads. Plus, affected my brand image. My concern is regarding the communication. They should have informed the user as soon as the restriction was implemented. Being a paid customer, I expect good customer service.

So thought its a good deal but no, they upsell features that are necessary for your webinar to work so you will end up paying 300$ plus monthly fees...now I have to waste my time cancelling subscriptions etc... that's unfair, just tell me from the start how much I shall pay so I can sort out my finances.
