WebStarts is the easiest, cost efficient, and best company for creating websites. I like to do my research and did the same as you by reading reviews. Then I called Wix and Go Daddy which both allowed me to demo there sites. Go Daddy did not have as much a selection of templates as Webstarts. I spoke to Aaron who helped me with WebStarts and setting up a website. If you are not familiar with making a website, WebStarts is one of the most user friendly sites for creating a website. WebStarts has a lot of templates for you to choose from no matter what your business! You can test them and preview them. Webstarts drag and drop makes it easy to upload information. Customer Service has been great and very helpful. Especially, Aaron who has been patient with someone who is new to WebStarts and website design! After you do your research which you should do, I believe you will come to the conclusion I did was that WebStarts is the best company around when it comes to creating professional websites!

The support I've received from Aaron and Steve has been the best customer support I have ever received, across all products I've ever needed support for, in my life. The customer support is amazing. Really blown away.
They know what I need help with even if I don't ask for it correctly. And they reply to emails almost immediately. I highly recommend them, and I will never use a different provider.

I tried Shopify first. Everyone said it was the best. But I got bogged down. I liked Shopify at first because it would integrate with my eBay store, and with AliExpress.
But I found it really hard to use. I could set up the store OK, but I couldn't control my eBay inventory. I could NEVER get Kit to sync with my Facebook, and several of the apps were glitchy and hard to use. And support was non-existent. No sales, or almost no sales, and couldn't figure out how to drive any traffic to my site. For $29 a month, I thought I could do better.
Then I found WebStarts. It was WAY easier to design my web page, I started getting a TON of traffic right away, as they did the SEO for me, and the support is fantastic. And it is cheaper. So far, for me as a person not very good with websites, this has been a very good experience. VERY good! It has even driven more traffic to my eBay store with a link I use on the front page. So it gives me a web presence with my own store, and drives traffic to my eBay store, for less cost. I can't say enough or recommend this service enough. Great expereience!

Dont expect customer service here. Totally rude from a guy named "Steve".
Also are not secure. I paid for my subscription using two different credit cards and both were hacked the same day. I do not recommend at all.

I have to say this..... this site is by far the easiest to navigate. You don't need a lot of help or guidance. Which is important to a relative newby with only basis skills like myself. I managed to get things going then some how hit the wrong button and made a mess. Without a word of a lie Aaron who is the chat representative who was helping me had it fixed pretty quick. Never lost his cool, didn't treat me like I was some dumb schmuch or anything els. Asked a me a couple of questions then took over and had it all back together in literally a couple of minutes. Total gem he was. My website is almost done for my boutique and couldn't be happier with the ease of the site and the responsiveness of the chat box. Little bit more to go and I am all done. Love the fact that I could design my own website with the help of Webstart. Webstart has been amazing with their help. They made it so easy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their own website.

I must say #1 webstarts.com templates are designed to be user-friendly #2 the staff is awesome especially Steve. He is the guy who answered my questions numerous times at 11PM at around using his headphone phone mail feature. I am not against this team. I feel more comfortable with them than with WIX. Webstarts.com website maker just makes me feel good just the way it is set up and organized. It makes me feel at home. There is no confusion to fill in the templates or delete items...
I RECOMMEND webstarts.com TO ANYONE WHO IS DUMMY FOR WEBSITE BUILDING. Adam the CEO or owner of webstarts.com done a superior job of designing the website's building steps to be simplest but sufficient.

Loving webstarts.com more and more as time goes on. These guys really have developed an amazing easy-to-use system that is essential for online eCommerce. The platform is very intuitive, and there are many videos and how-to's provided by WebStarts themselves.

My absolute favorite aspect of this business is their amazing customer service. They literally respond to all questions and inquiries within hours... you just can't find that kind of service elsewhere. Wordpress is a great content management system, but you just don't get the type of all-inclusive support that these guys provide. They have live chat support, which I try not to abuse :-), and the guys that help you are very informative and eager to help... Aaron has helped me with my last few requests and has done a superb job.

I really do hope WebStarts thrives as a business, and I will continue to send more potential entrepreneurs their way as I have done in the past. I sincerely appreciate all the help guys, and hopefully this provides some un-needed inspiration to keep doing what you do! Thanks for the awesome hosting and customer service guys!

A few times I have tried to find reason to walk away from WebStarts... but every time I do they always SHOCK me, by not only resolving my issue, but pointing out other things their software is capable of doing that I never even thought about.

Just a minute ago I thanked the WebStarts team for resolving an issues I had with my website that stops movies from playing automatically when someone lands on my website (this is something that all computers as well as laptops and mobile phones are going to loose their capability of doing in the not so distant future, to try to stop hackers from using that as a way to get into your system)... the way WebStarts got around getting a movie to show when someone lands on my site was "inginious"... and I thanked them for that. I told them that they where making me a Webstarts user for life... and they are. Thank you WebStarts.

Webstarts has you cover. There really great. I call them Webstarts I do not Waite to get help. They pickup and answer everything you need.

Totally worth the price they charge. Very easy to use. I like that since I am just starting, I have the option to purchase other things as I need them instead of having to buy the whole thing up front. For example I wasn't sure if I needed a "branded" email address and then after some thought I went with it. They didn't price gouge me for not adding it right away.
I am very happy and would recommend WebStarts to anyone looking to set up their first website!

Webstarts recently made two unauthorized charges- EARLY and without my permission! I did NOT 'officially renew' as I'd been EXTREMELEY dissatisfied- especially after talking to some 'moron' by phone who didn't know his a** from his elbow, was very 'wiseguy' attitude etc! So, they totally deleted our site ( which the basic site is supposed to be FREE!! Their audio sucks and I don't like the fact the supposed 'OWNER' is VERY personable leading up to signing up for a 'payed account' ( NOT worth it!!) but after one joins... does NOT answer e-mails.... MONEY-HUNGRY NASTY SITE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to CANCEL my debit card after my banks FRAUD/DETECTION team caught 'suspicious activity' on my account which resulted in a MULTITUDE of headaches and having to wait for a NEW debit-card for 9 days!

Webstarts is a great website hosting service. For someone like me who doesn't want to get bogged down with programming code, it's almost child play. Their drag and drop page builder is very easy to use and they offer many professional looking templates to get you up and going without wasting time. Perhaps what I appreciate the most though is their support team. They are always there to guide you and help you with any issues you may be experiencing. Their computer engineers were able to import my Wordpress Blog when I got stuck saving me a lot of time, money and stress. They never gave up until it was done. Their many tutorials also are fantastic giving you the feeling that they have really thought of everything. As an instructor, I also like the fact that I can integrate Flash files, video and audio onto my website and create new websites to upgrade existing ones which I am in the process of doing.
