This company is absolutely brilliant. Aaron, who is the owner, is charming, knowledgeable and totally reliable. He has been looking after my piano for two years and has improved it a lot. His communications are faultless and he even manages to keep.me, a completely dozy old dear, au fait with everything.
Piano tuners can be very snotty and supercilious which Aaron never is.
All in all, one of the very best companies I've dealt with.
