We Buy Any Car® USA - Brook Park, OH からの回答
Hi Karis,
Cleveland is very much an area we serve, and we would not want anyone reading this to come away thinking otherwise. Our Cleveland team works from five branches across the region, supported by mobile buyers who visit customers at home:
- Brook Park: 5300 W 130th Street, Brook Park, OH 44142
- Bedford Heights: 5399 Bedford St, Bedford, OH 44146
- Mentor: 7471 Tyler Blvd, Tyler Commons Unit E, Mentor, OH 44060
- Stow: 895 Hampshire Rd, Unit C, Stow, OH 44224
- Strongsville: 15133 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136
We only advertise in the markets our branches and mobile buyers serve, so if you saw us advertised in Cleveland, it is because we are here and ready to buy your car.
We have searched our records and cannot find anyone under your name, so we are not yet able to see where things went wrong. We record and transcribe our calls for quality and training purposes, and if anyone at webuyanycar.com gave you incorrect information, we want to know about it so we can address it with the team.
Please email our Customer Experience Team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com with the phone number you were trying to verify and the number you called, and we will be happy to help you get a valuation and an appointment at whichever location suits you. If we have fallen short of the five-star service we set out to give everyone who comes to us, we are committed to making that right.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Update 9/10/2026
Your local Area Manager has now spoken with you directly. Thank you for taking the call.
We hope the conversation fully addressed your concerns. If you would like to take it further, our Customer Experience Team at corporate is there to help at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
----------------------------------------
Thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your vehicle, and for taking the time to tell us how it went. Our team came out to your home to buy it and then handled everything that followed, and a one star rating tells us they fell a long way short of the five star service we set out to provide on every appointment. We are sorry.
What you have described about those conversations is what I want to take first. Being talked over, or being told that the problem is yours, is not the standard we hold ourselves to and it is not something we accept from anyone on our team. We record all of our calls for quality and training purposes. Those conversations are being listened to by someone who was not part of them, and if that is how they went, we will deal with it.
On the check itself, our checks are issued by a nationally recognized financial institution, are backed by millions of dollars in cleared funds, and the funds are made available for immediate release to the depositing bank. We place no holds on that release, so where a delay happens it comes from the policies of the receiving bank rather than from us. That is little comfort when you are the one waiting, which is why our accounting team can speak to your bank directly, confirm the funds are sitting there and get them released to you. That is help you are entitled to and it is there for you now.
I have escalated all of this to the Area Manager responsible for our Cleveland team, who is looking at how you were dealt with and who has been trying to reach you directly. Making this right, and giving you the five star experience you should have had, is what we are committed to.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
It was fine
It was fine. Would have liked more for the car but the reality was it just wasn't worth as much as we hoped. Joshua did the best he could price wise and was a good guy to work with.

Make life easy, sell your car here! You won't regret it.
We buy any car was so helpful to me and my husband when we wanted to sell our Nissan Rogue and trade up to a newer model. I do recommend you make an appointment instead of just walking in. This will minimize the time you are waiting as appointments are priority. The whole process takes under an hour and the guys at we buy any car make it as easy as possible for you. We were helped by Josh and he was pleasant, helpful and really took care of us. He was able to get me a fair offer for my Nissan despite it being up there in age. I did not want to deal with private buyers or even worse the salesmen at dealerships, and I am glad I didn't because this method of selling my car was easy, convenient, and fair. I would recommend going to we buy any car because they seem honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I even left something behind in the car and Josh was kind enough to call me a few days later and let me know he would put it aside for me to pick up. I really appreciated that. Josh you are a class act, and I will recommend you to anyone I can! Thank you for all of your help!
