Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the sale of your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt our offer didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

Unfortunately, our physical inspection revealed several problems that were not disclosed during the online valuation process. There was severe rust on the undercarriage and structural damage on both the rocker panel assemblies. In addition, the CARFAX alerted us that the vehicle was involved in multiple accidents in the past with the most recent one on 6/15/2020 in Columbus, OH.
