Theo was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the whole process! It was very nice, quick and convenient to have them come to me to sell my car. Will definitely be recommending WBAC to anybody I know who is even thinking about selling their car.

We had a great experience with Sam at this location. She was professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I rated the experience with 4 stars is due to frustration with the getting through on the phones. Every time I called a person never answered and you could leave a message but no one called back. Everything else was good.

Said they would give me one thing but gave less than half after an hour drive. After my review was posted I immediately got a call from a manager. He wanted to make things right and gave me an additional $200. It was very thoughtful and it proves they actually care about the customer.

They were very easy to deal with and set-up an appointment online to go to a local location to finish the deal. Online staff helped with process to secure an appointment when the website was not working to complete my request for an appraisal.

Nick was great to work with, if you need to sell any car definitely recommend him.

Nick was very efficient. He had a lot to do by evaluating my vehicle and also training in a new employee. The whole process was done in about 2 hours. I wasn’t very happy about the offer on my vehicle but I do realize it wasn’t in perfect condition.

Nick was excellent. Made an appointment and was held upon arrival. He made the process very smooth and easy. The prep prior to the appointment and procedure were the same and efficient. Best experience selling a car, fair and explained reasoning as well as made sure we had no questions.

Was able to sell my vehicle, transfer title and have a check in hand to cash within an hour. No FB or C'List buyers coming & going at all hours of the day...or not showing up at all. Fantastic. The only caveat is you may start with a very low offer & have to negotiate your way through, old school style. Thorough inspection process involved which (in my humble opinion) does legitimize the process. If that is not for you, could be walking away from $$.
