John was so capable, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me aware of all of the pertinent issues. I should add Patient to that list of adjectives, as he was SO that when answering all of my questions. Great experience. I will recommend to whomever asks.

I was looking to sell my older car and received a offer from WEBUYANYCAR which required verification at one of their locations. I selected the Pine Brook location and after some phone tag was able to speak with their representative who scheduled a time as well as informed me that there would be a transfer fee included which would reduce the offer. I was told all places were charging this fee. I arrived for the scheduled appointment and the final offer including the transfer fee less than 50% of the offer made on-line. I opted to keep the car and look to donate as the amount offered was not all that much.

I checked charitable donations for cars and found all to be selling the car and then using the proceeds for their charitable initiatives. I then tried to find an individual down on their luck who could greatly benefit from the car for free to get back on their feet. I was unsuccessful with either of these and called WEBUYANYCAR back to see if the offer was still available (~3 weeks) later. The car was in the same shape and the mileage added was neglible. The representative ended up offering me $100 less for the car (which was 20% of the original offer) and I feel this was to make a point. I informed him I would be calling him back and tried another site that bought used cars which I ended up selling the car to. This site offer 3+X the latest offer and did not make me pay for the transfer fee.

I would recommend that anyone looking to sell a car check with multiple options to avoid the pitfalls I encountered. Ironically, I'm thankful the representative was difficult as I ended making more on the car.

One regret is that I did not get all my personal stuff out of the 2019 Toyota Avalon hybrid before I turned it over. My fault. Called Mr Bauer but the train had left the station so to speak. Stuff was not very valuable to anyone but me. Stuff was in the driver side door pocket. If you have any control over problems like this I would appreciate a call if you could track it down. But if the phone don’t ring,I will know it’s you. Thank You and have a great day

I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole process was fair upfront and honest.
I brought in my car, went over the details and that was it. The rep inspects your car, in and out, drives it and takes notes of any exceptions. Reviews his notes and gets a market figure and makes you an offer. Boom. That’s it. You can take it or pass. No phone tag, no Email tag. Etc etc. all quick and painless. The whole process was less than an hour. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out.
