I was disappointed with my experience with We Buy Anycars.

I received an initial quote of $9600 and scheduled home appointment. During the inspection. I was told the vehicle appeared to be jump started, not driven much and upper engine noise. I disagreed with these assessments and believed them to be inaccurate.

The initial offer was reduced to $6500. After I questioned the evaluation the offer was increased to $7600 and was told the amount would be valid for 1 week.

When I called back within a week to accept the offer I was told the “used car market had softened” and they reduced the offer to $6500.

While others may have had different experiences, I found their process very disappointing due to the substantial decreases in their quoted offer, as well as them not honoring the one week price guarantee.

Simple, straightforward, fair and fast!

I was leery of using such a generic sounding service over the internet, but figured that I had nothing to lose. I mean, the worst realistic thing that could have happened was that I'd reject their offer and we'd go our separate ways - and since I was in no hurry to sell my car, I figured I'd give it a shot since they were offering via email a bit more than another company who I usually used. They showed up at the time they stated. Gentleman was nothing but 100% professional and easy to deal with. The offer that was given via email was lowered a bit due to a ding I never noticed that somebody clearly had opened a car door into my vehicle, but that was completely understandable. Total time from arrival to "check in hand" was about an hour, most of which was spent with the gentleman in his car doing whatever needed to be done. Would happily use again! Highly recommend!

Great price, great service - in and out in an hour

My experience with this company couldn't have been any easier or faster. The staff was warm and friendly, and the young man who came to the house gave plenty of notice and arrived on time. The inspection was quick and professional, and after a brief test drive, I had an offer, with a check in my hand maybe 10 min later. I highly recommend We Buy Any Car, in particular the Rockville MD location!

To sell my old car, I filled in the online questionnaire until I got to the damage part, where a minor flaw counts the same as a major flaw. In that my 20 old car had mostly all minor flaws, I wasn't comfortable using it as the evaluation. so I didn't complete it. Scott called and said if I brought it in, he could do it there. He was great to work with, we agreed on a price, and I walked out with a check. Thank you, Scott!
