Fast. Easy. Paid. Out the Door!

We went to sell our Buick lacrosse at webuyanycar. The inspector we had was Hector Rios and he was fantastic. He made the process easy and fast and related to us and made us feel comfortable. He also waited for us to finish the deal at closing time which makes things easier for us.

Hector was extremely helpful. He made the process of selling my car a pleasure.

We were glad to sell our love car which was with us about 22 years under the help of Matt Remer even though the price does not reach my goal.
Matt is willing to work with us and provide good service. He tried his effort to satisfy us when we have a concern and question. Hope WBAC can do better and better.

People were nice but a pain (called /texted 10+ times to reconfirm the appt) and it was a TOTAL waste of time. The app quoted a decent price but they offered > 50% less...classic 'bait and switch'. While the car is an older model, it is in mint condition / extremely low mileage / clean Carfax... they spent 45+ mins testing body panels, inspecting, etc...taking off for things (like tire wear) that don't matter since they send the cars to auction (vs. retail resale) then low ball you.

My advice...use KBB. We received a number of dealer offers and took the car to one and sold it to them for more than the original WBAC offer...in and out the door in less than 20 mins.

From booking an appointment online to the actual appraisal and sale of the vehicle, everything was throughout the process was seamless. Hector was knowledgeable, personal, and helpful—even going so far as to cut a license plate that was difficult to remove and meeting me later to hand-deliver it. Highly recommend!

I unwisely did not previously set up an appointment at the office before arrival, but as a processor from the mobile come-to-you unit was available, he evaluated my car in the office's parking lot, submitted the data via wifi to the home office, and received via wifi their suggested purchase price. After we agreed on a price, the processor was able to print out the required paperwork, scan the signed docs for wifi transmission to the office and then print out the check for me. The process was very efficient. Also the processor was both friendly and professional.

A great representative/agent showed up at my address, and the service/experience was thorough, simple, and what I wanted. Much appreciative.
