I would like to amend my previous review. After posting my review. I was contacted almost immediately from Brett with a response and solution. They have excellent customer service. He was able to help solve my issues and I will definitely use this service again.

The process was very direct and quick. I was able to make an appointment within 2 hours of my inquiry and there was a location only minutes away. Christian was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions and more. He also secured an item that I left in the car after the sale so I could retrieve it. I really appreciated that.

Process was streamlined with ample information for the consumer. A fair price was offered by the company. The sales process was completed in less than 45 minutes. It was a joy to work with Christian.

Christian explained the process and howhow they come up with their offer. It was nice working with him to get our car sold.

They were polite, thoughtful, and explained things. He even allowed me and my son to hang inside to wait for my Lyft driver to arrive before closing up, as it was a very cold evening. Very helpful and professional.

I don’t understand why bother to answer all the questions about any damage to your vehicle, get an estimate, or “valuation” I think they call it, only to get there and be offered thousands less than the offer you get on line! Then they ask you how much are you looking to get. A call to the manager has to be made, just like the bs you get when you go to the dealer to buy a car. Then there was a form that needed to be filled out, and there was not one to be had in any of the drawers which led to significant delay while I was there. I got thousands less than they offered. $3500 less. The girl was chatty, but I’m not sure if she was genuinely nice or just buttering me up to let me down.

Seamless process throughout. The young man that came to our house was fantastic. He was kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained all the details to us. Communications from start to finish with everyone involved was exceptional.

Ed was very helpful and made the experience of selling my car very easy. He explained the details of the price that was being provided for the purchase of the car in an understandable and factual way. I took my car to Carmax, CarShop and webuyanycar.com for pricing and webuyanycar.com was highest of the three. I would highly recommend this company and will come back again if and when I need to sell a vehicle.

The transaction to sell my car couldn't have been easier. Made appointment online and Darnel from Morton called ahead of time to let ms know he was on the way. He was courteous, explained everything in detail and came back with a very fair offer. He did all the paperwork and within an hour everything was completed. I was extremely happy with the whole process.
