Surprisingly Fun, Really Helpful
Jim was incredibly honest and clear in explaining the process of selling my car. He had a great sense of humor that took the stress out of the process, and he was diligent in making sure I got the best deal possible. It was explained to me what paperwork and documents were needed and the price that was being offered up front. I never felt pressured or forced to sell my late husband's truck. He seemed to be very understanding of how emotional this transaction would be. He made it as easy as possible.
