The process of selling my car was easy and straightforward. Both of the employees explained everything about the assessment process as it was happening. Selling to them gave me peace of mind and everything was finished (including a check in hand) by the end of the appointment. I am happy that I chose to sell my car this way.

The only complaint is the doc fee...I do not remember paying it in the past and did not know it existed. Maybe I missed it on the estimate disclosures. Other than that, it was a great experience again.
