Great experience. Everything as explained.

We were given a very fair price for our car. Gio was great. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He inspected and test drove the car, offered a great price, and we walked away with a check. I would recommend this willow Grove WBAC to anyone. It was a very easy and stress-free way to sell a car.

It was a pleasant experience but as I expected the online offer was nowhere near initial offer. They also charge above standard rate for title and tag transfer. I am just glad to have old car gone.

Giovanni was honest and friendly as I was with him. He inspected and test drove my low mileage 19 year old Pontiac G6 GT convertible which was showing some of it’s age. I didn’t use the top for a few years because of it possibly getting stuck in the down position. He understood the situation and gave me an offer I excepted.

The guys working there were great. Very communicative, and walked me through all of the steps of what they were looking for/at when buying my car. They didn't nitpick every last minute detail just to try to get me less money. The whole process was super easy, and went pretty quick. All you need is your title and ID and you're good to go
