Did not respond to my 2 online forms. Their phone number doesn't work....the message is 'the phone number you have called is currently unavailable'. They confirmed my collection day but did not turn up. I have absolutely no idea if they're trading or not, but surely they shouldn't have confirmed through their booking system?

Booked for a collection.
Received No email, no phone call, didn't show up, absolute waste of time. Website says booked but obviously doesn't work.

Awful! Wish I had saw these reviews before committing any time to we buy and clothes. I don’t know if it’s an inactive site or what but it needs to be removed. No communication at all, my emails and queries were all ignored. If you see this, trust me they will not email you or collect so look somewhere else

No one will turn up , no communication at all and you are told when you initially book that collection will be anytime between 8am and 8pm. When I clicked on the map on their website, google maps showed a local church that has nothing to do with the company. Don’t bother !

Don't bother....no one will email you, no one will ring you, no one will turn up.
I don't understand why they even have a website for you to book with them? Absolutely useless.

Never came after requesting a collection. Wasted our time by making us wait 2 nearly 3 days, cause we could have just taken care of this issues by taking them elsewhere.

Visited the site and had a stress free experience, all bags were accepted and had a very surprising total for 20 pages of clothes, with such a welcome total of cash at the end. Would recommend

I gave a one, because you can't leave zero. I got an email saying my collection was pending, and that if I don't get confirmation within 48 hours, the collection request was unsuccessful and I should try again.

I never got a confirmation, the number on the email is out of order, and it maybe a coincidence but the email address I did use is now compromised and inundated with scams.

Requested a booking twice and sent an email. All have been ignored. Waste of time.

Booked a collection online and no one turned up - found the phone no. online and turns out collections can't be arranged via the website, really need to sort that out. However, after phoning, within two hours a lovely young man called Kyle arrived and took away my 20 bags of charity items and gave me £30 which saved me a huge job getting them to my local charity shop. Very happy with service - thank you

No valid contact information. no show for a booked collection. Poorly run business. Management team should be embarrassed.
