WeCare Removals provided a brilliant service to us for our house move. A big thank you to Christina and Tony for their support in understanding our requirements and providing a solution in our budget and time scales. The removals team did a great job fitting everything in the van and unloading it into storage for us with everything intact and undamaged. I'd use them again and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Price is one of the best in the area. Movers were on time and did a great and quick job, very careful with every item and willing to help with absolutely everything. Not everything fitted in one trip and they did two tripa without complains. They didn’t speak much English but we had no problem communicating during the moving day. I can’t recommend them enough, in fact, I just passed the details to some friends that need a removal company.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. From my first interaction with Tony, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and level of care. They did everything they could to make the process hassle and stress free. They go above the call of duty and understand how difficult the moving process can be. The movers were bang on time , impeccable and very pleasant. I recommend them highly.

***WARNING***USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL! SOPHISTICATED SCAM RING! Reported to police! They spend all their time flagging negative reviews on here & other review platforms and recently took down their Facebook page which had so many bad reviews from REAL people who had a nasty experience. WeCare are a bunch of unprofessional, dishonest, charlatans exhibiting rogue behaviours who verbally abuse and swear at customers making a mockery of their mental health (they have now been forced to retract their abusive response in colourful language after I flagged with Trust Pilot),charge extortionate additional costs on the day of the move & subcontract their work to non- uniformed unprofessional movers who turn up in a dirty small van - one spoke NO English just Romanian. Since then, another professional honest company has had to use TWO LARGE Trucks with FOUR men to move my things. I have been told there was NO WAY my things of 900 cubic ft could fit into a Luton van that WeCare was offering! My advice to anyone reading this review is to RUN a mile away from a business who only insists on taking payments via bank transfers. It is a calculated move for when things go wrong as they know fully well customers are not covered. We Care Removals and Kent Removals are the SAME company who operate with different names (to rip customers). This was confirmed to me in writing by their staff. My move was subcontracted to Kent Removals despite WeCare claiming the contrary. Upon checking the records of KentRemovalsLTD on the U.K. registrar of companies called Company House, it shows company’s owner. However You will never speak with him and only ever speak to an English man, who in the beginning is very professional, cracking jokes, etc. until you pay money. Contact made on 6/9/21 after finding WecareRemovals online and was emailed a fixed quote of £1,000 for removals & storage by a team of “professional movers.” 10 hanging boxes, protective furniture covers for mattress, glass furniture, to be provided. Staff insisted payment only via bank transfer. This rang warning bells but ignored intuition & made full payment on 11/9/21. 13/9/21 at 8.45am 2 non-uniformed men in a tattered dirty van arrived with cling film (claimed they were no furniture covers available) and 6 hanging boxes. Despite staff advising work isn’t subcontracted, men appeared sub-contracted and one spoke no English. Claimed my items where not on inventory list and showed an app – were I suspect the job had been picked from. So much for a team of "professional movers." Alarmed as I had never filled out “inventory list,” made a call to this dishonest company who said there is additional costs for items not on inventory list. I questioned this “inventory list” as had never filled one. The Englishman became aggressive, verbally abusive and hung up. I made 3 attempts to speak with him & each time he ended the call. I spent next hour in limbo trying to clarify there was to be no additional unexplained last-minute costs. He eventually sent email with screenshot of an “inventory list” I had supposedly filled - the items listed & quantity were incorrect. I had not filled this list and had never done so. He eventually acknowledged that I did not fill this, it was their error and I will not be charged extra. He then threatened me with additional costs for “delayed loading time.” It was almost 10:00am, I was extremely stressed & feeling trapped in a hostage situation with different threats. I had spent 1hr 15mins battling a fake inventory list now had to battle with new issue of extra costs for “delayed waiting time.” As I tried to find out more, He refused to talk with me -phones went unanswered. Eventually, a lady with very limited English picked up phone and claimed she was not aware of the issue & would pass message to the Englishman. At this stage, knew I could not entrust these individuals with my things in long term storage given their questionable behaviours. Who knew what additional extra cost could crop up when they had my things in their storage? It was akin to playing dice with death & given everything that had happened, their unprofessional aggressive behaviours & catalogue of unexplained last-minute costs, I could not continue with their service. Asked for full refund & it was denied. And that is how I have lost £1,000! They have since spent all their time flagging my reviews as fake but I have shown evidence to trust pilot! Please AVOID this company! I am still fighting to get my £1,000 back and have joined forces with others who have gone through similar to report them to the police, etc. Please, STAY away from this dishonest company or be like me and lose your £1K cash! Bring on your lawyers! RUN AWAY from these scammers please! Do NOT trust this company!

Tony coordinated my move across London. He was extremely courteous and accommodating. The price agreed upon was entirely reasonable. Two people arrived for my move promptly, they worked quickly, efficiently and safely to disassemble and reassemble my furniture and nothing was damaged. Overall, excellent work. 10/10 would use again.

Christina and the team have been so helpful and accommodating with all my requirements. My things were packed and moved efficiently and carefully... I'm so impressed!

They were good. Fast and easy. We have book for a day rate (8H) aand the joob went a bit over 8h. They did not charge us for the extra 20 min. No problem. Thanks to the team

What an experience. Christina in the office was exceptional and kept me updated all of the time.
Also the guys who arrived. All I can say is wow! Efficient wasn't the word. It was surpassed hugely.

Absolutely excellent service, I had to use them after being let down by another provider. They asked a lot of questions about the access and items etc, but this just meant they were prepared. The van was very good with lots of blankets, bungees and other packing. It also had a lift back for the heavy stuff. I've never seen a house move packed so well. Great coms and very professional. I would use again!

I have used WeCare Removals for my move on Monday, 12th of July. They were amazing! That is my third move and I can now, finally, say that found a great company that I will definitely use in the future!
The guys were kind and friendly, arrived in time, professionally dismantled my furniture, protected and moved to my new house.

Good experience with my recent move on Friday 2nd July. The removal guys were at the property at 8am (New Malden) despite travelling from Dartford.

The van was packed with due care and attention and as advised by Tony during the video tour stage, the move required 2 trips. Good engagement with Alice as well who kept us informed during the whole process.

Christina and Tony in the office were very good at getting back to us and providing all of the information. The removal guys were exceptional. Igor and the other 3 lads moved everything very quickly and efficiently with no signs of damage. Very impressed they worked hard. The only downside was the total cost was very expensive compared to what other people have been paying for similar moves (in terms of distance and quantity of items). However, it was the final weekend before stamp duty cut off (June 2021) so everybody was exceptionally busy and booked up. Overall great work from the team we would recommend them.

Beware this company, they will try to extort money from you.

I wish I could give zero stars.
I agreed a price (£320 + VAT) and paid my deposit weeks in advance of my move date;
3 days before, they emailed me to say they have a technical issue which means my van is no longer available and they would have to send one from another location - but it will cost £1,500 +VAT.
This is extortion - nothing short of extortion;
praying on people when they are stressed and maybe not in a position to arrange alternative solutions. I should note that I am over 8 months pregnant and thus this is particularly distressing.
Thankfully my deposit was refunded - but the whole thing has left a sour taste. It is no way to run a business.

We recommend We Care Removals. Their communication from the start and assistance was great. I had a video with them to access the house and items which was delivered friendly and helpful.The move was Big and logistical the guys removed and packed efficiently and in good order. Unpacking was equally great the guys working well and respectful. I would use this company again and have recommended to friends and family. Good Job by all.

Our movers did an amazing job. Delighted to also see a woman doing this job and doing a stellar job! Everything was packed neatly in the van, transported and unloaded with great care. From quote to moving day this has been an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

I booked for a IKEA wardrobe to be disassembled and assembled at another address. The men who came were great and finished the job quite quickly. Christina who arranged the booking was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend we care removals!
