Stay away, it was such a nightmare on the actual move day.

Initially I booked for a 9am move, but on the day before they contacted and said they wanted to postpone it to 12-2, which I accepted. On the actual move day, I was not contacted at all for any delays despite all the efforts to email/ call/ online chat during the said eta range. The lady finally contacted me after 30 mins and explained there was going to be another 2 hour delay. She also mentioned that they needed to send another team to help because the original team got caught up in their previous job. She then continued to explain that the new team didn't have any additional packing materials and it would add another 2 hours of delay if they need to pick up materials from the warehouse, despite me requesting for both packing and moving services! She continued to blame me for not making explicit requests for additional packing materials although I did mention in the initial email conversations that I might need use theirs. I made it very clear that I was not happy with it and requested them to pick up before arriving as I won't be paying them additional time just to source materials. She then had the guts and went ahead to quibble she wasn't sure whether shops were open although my previous address was in central London and we were just out of lockdown on a Saturday afternoon!

After additional back and forth, the 2 movers finally arrived at 5pm. They appear to be working for Dolphin Movers instead of WeCare/ Kent Removals. Red Flag. The movers are so unprofessionally slow that it took them an hour just to load 20 boxes, a TV and a bookshelf from a first floor apartment to the van. They were also very dubious as to whether they had enough materials to protect my TV and 2 additional monitors. In the next 2.5 hours, the tall guy did pack whilst the other simply stood there idling and I actually packed at least 50% of the remaining stuff in my small living room (it was a one bed flat of 40 sqm, and I packed all of the things inside the bedroom already before their arrival).
My new place is only a 15-20min drive and they spent another 3 hours to unload and move to my new place, not to mention both me and my partner did help through out. To our surprise, through out the process, they kept asking for advices on packing/ moving/ unloading, which isn't really what I anticipated for 'professional services and turns out the more helpful guy has only got 1 month experience in moving and has never done packing before.

I honestly till this day just couldn't believe it actually costed me in total 7 hours and so much additional stress to just to move from a small one bed flat and the drive was only 15mins. They did offer a discount for the delay but I ended up paying almost doubled the quote. Honestly save your time and effort and stay away from this company. I have all the email receipts so feel free to ask.

Don't trust them

We agreed to move all my house stuff to my new house 4 hours away. On the day we were moving, they turned with only a small subcontracted Luton van, which did not cope with all the house stuff.

When we phoned the office was a nightmare, the girl on the phone did not stop saying we didn't show the loft stuff when surveying the house. They didn't accept responsibility for their unprofessional survey and services. It was imposible to scalare the issue with a manager. I doubt there is a manager or someone in charge or if they have their own staff or vehicles.

We were scammed for this company. They left us down with lots of things still in the house and they threatened us with no delivery of the stuff that was already in the truck.

They knew I was in a nearly empty house with my two little boys and the only solution they offered was sending another van for £750 extra at our cost. What a joke of a removal company. We did not accept this extortion and look for a solution ourselves.

WeCare doesn't care about you. They are professional liars that will blame you for their mistakes and will try to rip you off when they know you are trouble. Also the invoiced they sent us was by Kent Removals instead of WeCare.

Please, make you a favour and stay away from them.

This team was amazing. Christina was so patient as I chopped and changed my dates due to difficult buyer .. always supporting messages like 'I'm always here to help', 'Just let me know when you know'. Having recently requested information for a move I appreciated the speedy reply along with the clearly set out quote. Correspondence was friendly and helpful.

The 2 guys we had to move our stuff from a flat to a house were excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly. Our flat was on the 3rd of a block with no lift, so the big items (e.g. king-sized bed, sofas, dining table) required strength and real care down the stairs. We would definitely use WeCare Removals again.

The service was really good: a quick and careful removal job and a quick trip to the new place. The workers were nice and friendly. The only negative point that I saw was that they were a couple of hours delay on coming to do the job, but that is the only thing.
Overall, a good service for a very good price. Strongly recommend!

WeCare were great! Reasonably priced and quick to respond, they took care of everything. The movers were good natured, fast and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend.

Excellent all round experience - considerate guys (Gabriel and Marcel), were very careful of our carpets and also our house cat so she did not escape! Friendly and helpful, and a great price too. Highly recommended for your move.

We have recently appointed the WeCare Removals
team for our house move in north London. The guys been amazing ( spend 2 days with us ), friendly polite and doing the job brilliantly and there was not a problem when we had to wait for the keys from the agent.Great I totally recommend this company!

Thank you so much, WeCare Removals, you did an excellent job! The guys turned up on time, packed the whole 3 bedroom apartment in a matter of hours. Most of the items were wrapped individually and the boxes were marked in accordance with the room. I will highly recommended WeCare Removals.

Please be wary. VAT exclusive quote intentionally given, without mention of this until 10pm the night before the 8am move. Extra £70 that had not been previously discussed in the 3 weeks leading up to the move. Company took a strong arm approach asserting they will withhold my items unless paid in cash. No empathy even though evidence of previous user showed them quoting price with VAT clearly marked, which they "for some reason" hid from me. Mention of T&C tucked way down in the end of the email in order to be avoidant, they were not transparent. Movers themselves were fine, but as an organisation for how they responded to a customer for what is tantamount to misrepresentation I would not reccomended nor use again.

Really impressed. The guys worked hard from start to finish and organised everything perfectly into the van, taking take with our things. The guys had to navigate 4 sets of tight stairs as we were on the top floor of a Victorian terrace, would not hesitate to recommend as they were fantastic.

The move did no go very well (June 2020), starting with the fact that the movers did not wear masks. in this day and age one has to be covid-aware.
Alice in the back-office was very easy to interact with and we were offered a video-call to go over the contents. Policies are clear, prices are quoted per box which needs to be packed, with a separate fixed amount for removal and storage.
Move started on time
Move itself was not very professional. No masks and mover insisted on a lot of interaction about how the move was for more than planned. We ended up needing 32 boxes instead of the 15 estimated, a surprisingly large difference.
After the move Alice assured me that movers are tested weekly and are required to wear masks and gloves on all jobs and when interacting with the customers.
Our return move (September) did not go too well, with several items missing (boxes, vacuum cleaner, clothing rack) and we are waiting to hear from the company regarding their location.
I am reducing my evaluation to 1* because we are now threatened with late fees, even though our move was not completed and the cost of the missing items by far exceeds the amount we owe.
Given our experience, I am no longer trusting trustpilot's reviews.
As of end-October, about 2 months after our return move, we still have not received the missing vacuum cleaner, clothing rack and 2 boxes and had to buy a new vacuum cleaner. On 30 October, vacuum cleaner and rack were delivered.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very quick on the job! I’ve tried so many removal companies and they’re just rude and moody whilst doing the stuff. This was a fixed price, with honestly good service. The movers were efficient in their work and got the job done just as much as I needed them to. definitely would recommend.

Brilliant service. Very efficient, no messing around, I would defiantly use this company again and highly recommend to anyone moving house or require disassembly/reassembly of furniture.

Two guys did a fantastic job on dismantling a sofa which was very hard to get it in the first place. I was very impressed, they were very efficient.
