Excellent removal company. Our move date changed several times and we ended up needing storage for a week. We Care were very flexible and accommodated all our needs at short notice. They were friendly and efficient and extremely well priced. The removal team that moved us were brilliant. Pavel and his team couldn’t do enough to help. They were professional and fast! Great guys that did a great job. Highly recommend them.

We were lied to by WeCareRemovals. Based upon our experience, the other reviews simply cannot be correct.

For your own safety and security you must avoid this company at all costs.

We moved house from Maidenhead to Henley and experienced the following issues:

WeCare Removals ltd subcontracted our job without our permission or knowledge to Kent Removals Ltd who were simply not fit for purpose. They could not fulfill the move, which was very basic.

I am not aware of who Kent Removals Ltd are.

We were blatantly lied to throughout the entire process and we are pursuing the matter legally.

We paid for two men and one van. We received a man and a woman. Even now we were being told we received two men which demonstrates the sheer incompetence of the operation.

We are also being told that we received two vans.

All of our neighbours were witness to who and what actually turned up.

The van was not fit for purpose and broke down. It broke down first thing on Thursday morning, yet was still used for the job, this initial break down also caused a 2 hour delay on Thursday when they were supposed to be dissembling furniture and packing. Then, completely broke down, outside our house, on Friday 30th August 2019 when we were supposed to be moving.

It broke down at around 10am on Friday morning and had to be emptied at around 11pm back into our house. Throughout the day we were lied to about people coming to salvage the situation.

We spoke to Louis at WeCare once on the phone in the morning and then not again for the rest of the day. We were completely abandoned and received a text saying the "call centre" couldn’t speak to us after 5pm. We called over and over, left voicemails, emails and texts. No-one called us back.

THE REMOVAL MAN DID NOT HAVE BREAKDOWN COVER AS HE SAID IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE.

WeCare lied to us and told us that another team was on the way at 1pm. No team arrived.

WeCare lied to us and said another team/van was on the way for 6pm. The driver said it could not come because its "tyres broke". No team/van arrived.

WeCare lied to us and said another team/van was on the way for 8pm The driver said it could not come because "it had been stopped by the police". No team/van arrived.

WeCare lied to us and said that a mechanic would arrive. No mechanic arrived.

The driver’s wife was electrocuted by jump leads connected to the van. Our neighbour tried to jump start the care. The removal man handed the jump leads to his wife. They had no idea what to do.

Eventually the driver’s friend with one small van arrived at 10:30pm, when it was dark, and refused to tow the broken down van because it was illegal and he was worried about the police catching him. He also refused to complete more than one trip which would have been required to move us. This was our supposed savior and he was arranged by the Removal Man NOT WeCare who left us.

Adequate English was a big issue for all parties involved, and we could not communicate properly.

Based on our experience you should not use WeCare Removals Ltd at any cost. I cannot believe the other reviews are true. The operation was a shambles.

Excellent moving company. I dealt with Alice prior to my move she was very friendly and efficient in helping me with my moving requirements and was very flexible with amendments. The move itself was faultless the two gentleman wow they were fast, friendly, efficient and very accommodating with my requests. We moved to a 3 floor home and they helped me put everything to designated rooms even though tiring they were friendly and jovial honestly I can't recommend them enough. Oh and best yet price was reasonable. Thank you we care removal!

The two men who attended to the moving of some items from storage to my flat were professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. I would recommend WeCare Removals.

WeCare were so easy to deal with, they communicated well before, during and after the move understanding the complexity of my situation.
The team were early and worked solidly to complete the move in under the time expected. I felt most importantly the guys were careful with my belongings... I didn't feel at any point that they were just 'chucking stuff about' and they were careful when bringing the belongings into the property that they did not scratch the paintwork.
I would recommend them very highly!!

Simply the best.

They came for an initial inspection a few weeks before my move and gave me a fixed price.

On the day of the move they turned up at 7:15AM and did everything so quickly and professionally. They had a 2 bedroom, split-level, flat empty in about 2 hours!

Their price is amazing and they are simply the best movers in town. From the first email to the last they were a pleasure to deal with. After they moved all my things I couldn't find my book shelves and so emailed them, and their after-sales team helped enormously. They replied to all my emails very quickly. In the end I found my shelves, and they were very helpful indeed.

I have already recommended them to someone else, who will be using them soon.

We booked the removals last minute, and were pleased they could fit us in.
The move went smoothly, 2 men did the moving, they worked really hard, and got job done quickly and easily.
However, the after care was terrible.
3 days after the move, my husband went to set up one of the tv’s ready for the sky installation, this is when we noticed a crack in the corner of the screen! I sent an email straight away to say it had been damaged.
I received a reply the next day, ‘the crack was so big we would have seen it if the damage had been done in the move, and we only had 48 hours to claim’ so the company said I did it myself!!! If I wanted to make a false claim I’ve got much more expensive furniture, that I could have claimed for.
I am so frustrated and angry, I should have checked everything over that night, and I wish I had. I didn’t realise the 48hr rule, so always read t&cs and check everything over after the move!

I moved a short distance using wecare removals.
The 2 guys arrived within the time slot and were extremely helpful and efficient.
I would definitely recommend this company and it was a very good price.

Can not recommend this company enough. We had a big move from south to North and the service was first class. The three lads were brilliant from start to finish as was the support from the office team in the build up.

They did an amazing job and went over and above to help where they could - brilliant company!

Guys were hard working (even let their coffee go cold) caring, friendly, considerate and did everything they could to get the job done professionally. Would definitely use them again. I moved from a 5 bedroom house and I have so many things and expensive furniture. They were amazing, super professional, polite, kind, very careful, all the service was outstanding! It's my second house moving with this amazing team and I'm sure is not the last. I totally recommend, they are the best! Thank you!

I would highly recommend WeCare removals. The guys were punctual, polite and made moving very stress free. Great service at a very respectful price.

I couldn't recommend WeCare Removals highly enough. John and Constantin arrived early, were polite and efficient, making extremely swift work of my furniture and belongings; taking apart some pieces, packing them carefully and securely in the van. At my new flat, they unloaded the van extremely quickly and safely, even squeezing in my sofa through the door which at one point was looking really unlikely! They reassembled my furniture in no time at all, and my bed is now if anything more secure than it was when I first put it together (the frame no longer squeaks!)

I had zero breakages, nothing damaged and they really made the entire process as stress-free as possible - they were also the cheapest company who provided me a quote by a long way.

I will be recommending this removal company to all my friends and basically anyone who will listen to me going forward. I was really stressed about moving and they made it basically pain-free.
