Is this what I expected in turkey? It was all I could have wished for and more.I recently returned to Antalya to get the second phase of my dental treatment completed ,Senem was absolutely fantastic organising anything I needed, transfer to and from clinic, airport pick up and drop off she is passionate about her job and became more of a friend than coordinator,Dr .Secil was absolutely fantastic, passionate about her work and a perfectionist to ensure you leave with a perfect smile. Thank you for an amazing service in Antalya, Turkey 😁 My journey for the new teeth was great 😊 I had issues with my teeth for a very long time. All doctors were amazing, my support representative Senem Uralli was available 24/7. All doctors looked after me. It was expected to have discomfort, some pain and swelling after operation, which disappeared relatively quickly. Hotel was great which was near the sea. Transfers were provided also from aeroport to hotel, from hotel to clinic etc. Senem also arranged my hair appointment, trip around Antalya with the driver which is affordable. Sadly didn't try much food because of the dental work, but I will definitely return back again. Really recommended, don't have any regrets ❤️

For years I had suffered with dental problems and a debilitating phobia of dentists due to childhood dental trauma. The pain I was experiencing regularly was excruciating. In addition to this, my health was suffering because of broken sleep and a reliance on pain medication.
I visited an NHS dentist in 2021 and while I was having an anxiety attack I was told that my "face is collapsing" as I had "25% jawbone remaining" and that I will need several procedures and no sedation could be offered. I left the surgery and continued to be in agony and misuse pain medication for the next 9 months.
One afternoon in October, a friend put me in touch with WeCure. I spoke to a gentleman called Jon, who was very reassuring. Jon explained that WeCure could organise for me to attend a dental clinic that could cater to my needs. He then put me in touch with Senem, my care co-ordinator at WeCure.
I was in regular contact with Senem between October and February when I went to Antalya for treatment. As I was an anxious patient, I always had a lot of questions for her. She always found the time to answer quickly and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out as a matter of importance. I found this extremely reassuring. In fact, I had to remind her once that I'm a nightshift worker and don't expect her to reply immediately when I send her a text at 4am!
When I arrived in Antalya, I was greeted by a private transfer driver, who drove me to the hotel I was staying at. The hotel was beautiful and the hotel manager, Hakan, was very accommodating (he even cooked me an omelette after my surgery - the best omelette I ever had!).
WeCure arranged for a private transfer for all my appointments, and Senem was always at the clinic to greet me. When I first arrived I was terrified, but Senem was wonderful - she held my hand, and reassured me that I was in the hands of people who genuinely care.
I needed to go to the local hospital to receive general anaesthetic and have my first procedure (24 teeth extracted, sinus lift, bone graft, and implant plugs), and Senem never left me for a second. When I woke up, she was right there, with a bag of yogurt and ripe bananas, and strict instructions to let food be my healer.
As I needed a longer healing period, I had to come back to the UK for 6 months with no teeth. Senem kept in touch regularly throughout this time. On my return, I received the same 5 star treatment as I'd received on my first trip. Senem informed me that WeCure and my dental team had had a meeting regarding my 2nd visit procedure and my phobia. This meeting identified that it would be appropriate to offer me sedation, which I gratefully accepted - my fear has been dramatically reduced but the idea of someone drilling into my jaw was too grim. This stood out for me in particular, in that WeCure and the dental team demonstrated that they completely understood and respected my needs.
I've had an amazing experience with WeCure. They've facilitated grade A dental care, which has changed my life completely; and they've walked me through my dental trauma and supported me to the point where I can get into the dentist's chair without losing my mind. I will always be grateful to WeCure for being the professionals they are, but mostly my gratitude is for Senem. Her kindness, compassion and intelligence has made my experience in Antalya loving, safe and interesting. Thanks, Senem x

I was very hopeful to transform my teeth, and that WeCure did. However the finish is let’s say below average.

I cannot fault the service, Senem was brilliant throughout and made the experience manageable. In some ways I can’t fault WeCure. As they were the agents and not the dentists. However WeCure did choose the dentist. The dentist they chose was Dentares in Antalya.

The communication was great, the transport was great, I even had a chipped tooth and wecure paid for me to return so it could be resolved and I was very grateful for this. When I attended for the 2nd time I was given my final fit on the day before I left. I was still getting alterations on the evening before I was leaving and I wasn’t happy with the colour when leaving.

I was told that the acids in my mouth will change the teeth colour to match the top, but this hasn’t been the case. I’m also left with dents in the lower teeth where they were filed to be more rounded to match the tops but this has been done to a poor standard also. WeCure and Dentares will say I was happy when I left but this is not true. I ran out of time and had to go home, they leave the final fit so late that there’s no time to make changes. Imo the top and lower bridges should have been changed at the same time so I was left with a match.

Like buying a new car though, you can have the best service in the world but if the car has different colour doors and then the dealership refuses to fix the doors, your left with a car with different colour doors and that leaves a sour taste. This is exactly my predicament.

When I went back to have the chip repaired only the lower bridge was replaced and the lower bridge is now a different colour to the top teeth. So I’m left disappointed with mismatching coloured teeth.

Even more disappointing was I was willing to pay to have them fixed however I was quoted pretty much the same price as the first time even though it’s way less work than the first time and then abruptly told they can’t do anything better.

I would not recommend using WeCure based on my different colour teeth I’m left with and the expensive price quoted to put it right plus all the money I’ve laid out to have these mismatched teeth.

I’ve also reached out to Dentares for a price and they simply told me they can’t touch WeCure clients so no options to go direct.

As I said, Senem was fantastic and really helpful. Can’t say the same about the outcome which is really disappointing because I wholeheartedly wanted to leave a fantastic review and be really happy like some others, but I can’t pretend I’m happy when I’m not.

I can't talk more highly about this amazing company Wecure.The professionalism is second to none and you are looked after from the minute you leave the hotel room.The dentistry is incredible and the science and technology used is incredible.
My representative Senem was so committed to me and my wants and needs and sorted out every taxi every appointment and everything I needed even back at the hotel .
Senem was responsible for my every move and she never let me down ..The most beautiful wonderful lady totally professional in all that she did.I am very grateful to Senem and the whole team for making this experience just incredible .....Kind regards Suzy

After having ongoing problems with my teeth for several years and many trips to my dentist I finally decided to look into dental implants.
I was already aware that costs were significantly less in Turkey and a colleague at work had told me about her friend who had dental implants there and they very pleased with the results and looked amazing. So I started looking at all the different options on line and did some comprehensive research, finally finding a Maltese based company called WeCure who provide cosmetic dental work in Antalya, Turkey.
Making an enquiry was simple using Whatsapp and over the next couple of weeks I messaged my contact many times with questions, sent photos of my teeth and discussed procedure. They were so obliging and considerate and very professional, not in the slightest bit pushy, that I soon felt at ease with WeCure and made my decision to book with them.
They sent me detailed information on how things would proceed requiring 2 one week visits to Antalya with a 3 to 4 month gap between the second visit.
I paid my deposit after reading the complicated and lengthy application form for a loan through a Turkish bank to part fund my new teeth, in the end ditching that and taking out a loan in minutes at home, much easier.
Hotel accommodation and transport to and from airport and appointments was included in my package and I have to say this was an amazing service.
Obviously I had to pay for my flights which in Jan were £88 return but in May were £320 return.
From the moment I walked out of the airport alone in January, not knowing where I was going, I was greeted by Masuit my driver for the week, holding up his board with my name clearly written on it.
I was delivered smoothly to the wonderful MONO Boutique Hotel in Antalya Old Town close to the bay with views of the mountains. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, the hotel, room and location was perfect.
The day after my first and most lengthy appointment throughout the entire process began.
Driven by my new friend Masuit to the dental clinic in the city I was greeted by my personal coordinator, interpreter Senem for the first time in person.
How at ease she put me from the outset, taking me through the process introducing me to everyone there like a celebrity and I will never forget her Kindness, assistance in all matters and compassion. Then for x rays, consultation, meeting the cosmetic dentist, more consultation, more x rays and well practically everyone in this amazing building that looked more like a New York office.
The first procedure required full teeth extraction and screws putting in and I wasn't looking forward to it. Note a doctor is in the room with you overseeing events, as well as other professional how reassuring was that.
After extraction I was in some discomfort from the stiches in my gums and was toothless, but was given prescribed pain killers, mouth rinse, antibiotics and ice packs to ease things. The next morning my face was swollen and sore, but within a couple of days everything was settling down.
My next appointment I had my temporary veneers stuck in, and these actually looked great and I could eat again. These veneers lasted me four months until my second visit.
On my second visit in May, the Turkish hospitality was still evident and it was good to see my new friends Masuit and Senem again. Turkey was hot in May and with fewer appointments needed this visit there really was time to lap up the sun and it really did feel like a summer holiday albeit with a couple of interruptions.
Again the service, skill and professionalism was evident and on show at the Dental clinic. My veneers were replace with trial fittings of my new teeth and after a little adjusting they fitted like a glove and what's more they looked perfect. A perfect smile, that I have always wanted for myself, the compliments and enquiries that I have received from other people is just a bonus.

I travelled out to turkey alone and found that senem at wecure made everything so easy. Making me feel at complete ease and always keeping me updated with the next step.
I was welcomed straight from the airport by a friendly driver and taken to a lovely hotel.
I was escorted by senem to the best, cleanest and highly professional Neosmile and was seen by Dr Onar ozur. He took such great care to make sure every little detail was right. A complete perfectionist. And wow was I happy with the results. He corrected my overbite and gave me the most beautiful smile. He also took great care to make sure I had no pain.
Senem was by my side through it all, translating and giving support. I would recommend anyone use wecure if they are considering going to turkey. I met many people that had used other companies and were very unfortunate in that they had pain,last minute changes to appointments and generally felt a little left to get on with it on their own. I would urge anyone to let wecure manage your care and save any worries or problems. They can not do enough for you, and really do care about your well being.

I cannot thank the WeCure team enough for the treatment i received whilst in Antalya. From the moment i booked my treatment i was in constant contact with my advisor Senem who looked after everything for me.My driver Ishmael picked me up for airport and treatment appointments and showed me around the town also. The hotel was the beautiful Ramada Plaza within a five minute walk from the town. The aftercare was second to none all meds and shampoo and gels was provided with a helpful print out of which meds to take and at proper times. With constant contact with Senem and the clinic where u can speak with the doctor at anytime with any concerns or questions you may have you have nothing to worry about.I really cannot thank the staff for making my procedure so easy to go through and making my stay in the beautiful Antalya perfect i really cant speak any more highly of Wecure and the service they said they would and did provide. I am returning next year on holiday and will pop in to the clinic for them to see my results. Wecure yes they certainly did!!

I am a British female, and was always reluctant about overseas dental treatment. However I cannot thank enough Senem (my care co-ordinator) and Sahili, along with the dental practice Dentares in Turkey, for giving me a new Hollywood smile. I was treated by one of the top dentists in Antalya, her name is Dr Secil Azizoglu, fully trusted her expertise and amazing track record. The dentist recommended Emax veneers for the front teeth, and zirconia replacing the gold crown at the back of my teeth. They also completed a root canal for free :) all completed in 8 day stay. My smile is so good that other patients wanted to know which treatment I had undergone. As for customer service, I was treated like a celebrity and had absolute VIP treatment. WeCure arranged for the driver to show us the sites in Antalya between treatment plan. Senem/ Wecure and the doctors at Dentares completely changed my life and my confidence. Worth every penny. Recently came back from my second visit to turkey for a full mouth implant procedure. What can I say unreal. From day one till 4 months later absolutely fantastic. Visit 1 teeth removal implants put in .won't say it was painless coz that would be a lie but they did tell me that.on the first visit it was hard to pass so many lovely restaurants and not be able to eat..visit 2 again not pain free but bearable. To get the end result there were times that I thought yer that looks good but they were not happy so they changed it believe me trust them .the wecure coridinator senam was amazing always there for you. Translator organising helping.(love her to bits) I WILL be honest and say this is not the cheapest option but please don't go bargain bucket I saw some horror jobs out there.A Truly professional outfit the Same procedure in UK was 5x the cost .honestly trust them .you will not be disappointed.also stay a week extra so you can enjoy all the wonderful places to eat.steak not an issue anymore 😊

I had a severe accident 20 years ago, where my car was totalled and I miraculously had no major injuries physically but cannot say the same about physiologically. Ever since I was terrified when entering a curve, especially when someone else is driving. Finally found this Wecure company online and asked about how they can heal past traumas. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to even tiny details so I wanted to give it a try.

Flown to Antalya and stayed there 9 days, during which I had 2 extensive EMDR sessions on 5 separate days. I am not going to say it was a walk in the park; on the contrary these sessions were full of different emotions pouring out of my mind and body but at the end, I found out what was actually hurting me, accepted it and let go. It has been almost a month I am back to San Francisco and I have never felt the same fear and anxiety I had before.

It's my pleasure indeed to share my experience with WeCure. It started with our (I was accompanied by my wife) arrival at Antalya Airport, where we were awaited by a most courteous & patient driver who, not only took us to our hotel but first drove us to a nice restaurant, to 'quench' our hunger. Only after then, to our hotel.
When we got to the clinic the next morning (brought by their courtesy car), we were met by the Clinic's team of doctors, a host of physicians, each a specialist in their field, and a Customer Care Coordinator, to give us a warm welcome.
We were ushered to reception where we'd tea before a brief discussion about the business in hand - my schedule of treatment. Along the line, l introduced my wife's case, which was a mere wish to examine her teeth for a possible impromptu treatment while she's here. That initial examination resulted in my wife and l opting for her to undergo a major treatment that made mine seem 'a child's play.
By our second day visit to the clinic, all was completed as far as our First Visit was concerned. The next time we visit - between 3 and 6 months - it's hoped to have all we require to have the biggest smiles on our faces. We are completely satisfied with our treatment by WeCure.
