Lucia was amazing, completely set my mind at ease. I'd been worried about finding a bridal dress that worked with a wheelchair, but Lucia was confident in taking me through options that could work for me, either with or without alterations. I'm so happy with my dress and the gorgeous accessories she helped me find!

Charlotte and Erin really made my experience great, found my dress in 4 dresses after walking in without an idea of what I’d like! I’m over the moon and feel stunning, thank you so much

The girl was lovely throughout the full experience but at the end it was very up sale like you had to take all the hangers, bags and boxes which ended up adding a further £200 on to it, now she’s asking would you like a gold or silver hanger I’m like any, this was put as if it wasn’t an extra cost until she ran through the receipt, and actually I don’t need at all because I have a personalised hanger. So good experience until it came to the sale!

From the start the staff was lovely, warm and welcoming. Megan had sat down with me asked the general what I envisioned my likes and what I didn't want. Was very lovely complementing and so helpful and I ended up purchasing a dress I fell in love with something I didn't think I'd wear and pulled it together with a few accessories (I literally cried) very happy tears, tissues everything and that was a very wholesome feeling and reaction I cannot rate them enough ❤️

A positive experience with Kim and Maria! Kim was so patient and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me come out of my comfort zone and find my dream wedding dress! Couldn’t thank both Kim and Maria enough for all they have done !

The in-store service initially seemed lovely, and the staff were very friendly, which made me feel reassured at the time. Looking back now, it feels as though this was simply about selling, selling, selling, with little genuine care as to whether the dress was actually the right fit or could realistically be altered properly.

I was sold the dress (SKYE), which was clearly not the correct size, and I was repeatedly assured in store that it could be altered to fit. The staff were physically pulling and pinching the dress behind me, saying “this is what the seamstress will do,” as if that somehow guaranteed it would be fine.

I also raised concerns that the bottom half of the dress felt far too thick, with excessive material bunching up noticeably underneath the lace. Again, I was told not to worry because “the seamstress can fix that too.”

Trusting their advice, I also chose a seamstress from their recommended list, which I now deeply regret.

When I attended the appointment with the seamstress a few days ago, the experience was appalling. She was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. Before even discussing the dress properly, she spent most of the time talking about how amazing she was, boasting about designing dresses in Paris and how exceptional her work is.

As soon as I arrived, she told me to strip, shut my friend out of the room, and got me into the dress with no sensitivity or respect whatsoever.

When I explained the alterations I had been assured could be done, she bluntly told me they were “impossible.” She then stated that the material was so cheap that if she tailored the dress properly to fit my body, it would likely rip as soon as I sat down. And that was only regarding the fit around the sides of my body.

I then asked if the back of the dress could be altered under my bum, and she laughed and said, “What bum?” At that point my friend had come back into the room, and we both just looked at her in complete shock.

I left feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and completely devastated. I felt ugly, and the dress has now become something I hate even looking at. With my wedding later this year and so much money already spent, I have been in tears for days over this.

I contacted Wed2B customer service by phone and spoke to a lovely lady who said they would see what could be done regarding a refund.

I was then asked to send an email with full details of everything discussed, along with photos of me in the dress in store. I have now received a response refusing a refund and telling me I either need to go to another seamstress or exchange it for another dress.

Why would I want to go back and spend more money with a company that sold me a poorly fitting dress made from “cheap material,” reassured me with false promises, and recommended rude and incompetent seamstresses?

Why would I trust another seamstress from their “recommended list” when the first one left me feeling humiliated and made it clear the dress itself is the problem?

And why would I exchange for another dress from the same place when this entire experience has shown me exactly how little care is given once the sale is made?

I need my money refunded so I can find another dress before my wedding.

This company shows no real care for the women trusting them to help them feel beautiful on one of the biggest days of their lives.

This dress has not been altered and has only been taken out of the bag once. If you are happy to sell dresses that countless other people have already tried on, there is absolutely no reason you cannot take this one back and issue a refund.

The lovely young lady I had help me fit the dress on was fantastic, she was very understanding about my size and made me feel comfortable, the dress I chose was the dress id already picked when I looked online, Tilly at Chelmsford asked if id like to try on a dress she chose which I did, but I went with the first dress but in a size smaller as Tilly said I could go down a size , which I was happy about

Becs and Shannon were absolutely fantastic. Becs listened and understood what I wanted and didn’t want on a dress. She took the time and effort to find me the perfect dress. Thankyou

Pleasant experience both times I’ve been in Wed2B to get bridesmaid dresses.
Very helpful and great communication with myself and my bridesmaids.
Definitely recommend them for bridesmaid dresses.

On Saturday I was seen by the lovely Brodie, she was absolutely amazing went through all sorts of questions to see what I would like about a wedding dress my style etc to make sure she knew what to look for. While we was trying dresses on she knew what I wanted before I said it like accessories etc she was just absolutely amazing and so friendly.

They listened to what I wanted and chose the dresses so well that I manged to choose my dress within 3 dresses and under an hour.

Me and my sister visited the nottingham store today. Was my first time visiting a bridal shop, and I can say rest assured my nerves soon slowed down. I was calm, and not nervous. the ladies on the desk explained everything perfectly. massive shout out to tyra, for going through everything perfectly and professionally. she did everything spot on, and was able to understand what I didn’t like or loved. and in the end I found a dress that I fell in love with just as my sister did. I loved how I felt in the dress, and it was just perfect. So, again amazing service from the nottingham store. and Tyra and staff, you did amazing❤️

I can’t recommend the Rotherham branch enough to any brides trying on dresses! It was my first time trying on dresses and Ruby absolutely looked after me! She listened to what I had to say, she made some incredible choices when it came to dresses and ultimately made me feel like the best bride in the world!!! I can’t thank her enough!

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome! The atmosphere was amazing, very calm ! Just by talking to the staff the first minute I knew I was in the right place, all my anxiety went away! Georgia, my wedding dress consultant was absolutely wonderful! She listen to my concerns and why I wanted and immediately found my style and my size ! She made this experience so easy and so memorable! Thank you!

Excellent experience in the Glasgow store. I was quite anxious about trying on dresses. I had looked at loads online but just wasn't sure what would suit me. My advisor Georgia really knew her stuff and fitted me in a variety of dress styles that I had looked at. She was very patient with me and eventually we got there and I said Yes to the Dress!

Marne at the Newquay store was a dream to work with. She settled my nerves and made it a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much for your help and guidance with choosing my wedding dress. I highly recommend WED2B and especially consultant Marne @Newquay

I attended Wed2b very anxious and unsure of what I truly wanted in a dress. The staff were absolutely amazing. They took their time with me and nothing was too much. I couldn’t recommend them enough! I have friends getting married next year and told them they must visit! I said yes to the dress on 15th April and cannot thank them enough! 🥰

Found the perfect dress. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
