I came in with basically no idea of what I wanted and ended up falling in love with the first dress the ladies had picked for me! From start to finish all the ladies were so kind and helpful. It was such a welcoming atmosphere and I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience in store. I will definitely recommend the store to family and friends and cannot thank the girls enough for making the process so easy for me. Cannot wait to go back for bridesmaids dresses!!

Hannah was unbelievable!! I felt like she was reading my mind and really helped me work through my thoughts on which dress to choose when I was stuck between two. The selection of dresses is perfect and being able to walk in whenever the our trip allowed was a huge help! Thank you to the whole team, everyone was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

What a lovely experience, I was made to feel very welcome and I was listened to. The lovely lady who was helping me with the dresses was very professional, friendly and made the hole experience special and enjoyable. I got my dress and I'm in love with it. Highly recommend wed2be

I recently visited Wed2b in Brighton marina not knowing what I was looking for.. other than sparkles! From never being a ‘dress’ kinda girl to finding the perfect bridal gown. From start to finish the level of knowledge, care & fun was 5*!
Elsa was brilliant! She knew exactly what dress to show me & knew what would fit. Absolutely nailed it ☺️ even matching me with the perfect veil.. which was clearly ment to be as it was named the ‘Elsa’ veil! A huge thank you for helping me choose my perfect wedding dress & making me feel so comfortable & relaxed! And not to mention the fun we had turning all the lights off in the store to check out the sparkle level ready for the night time party.

attended a few weeks ago to try on some wedding dresses and did actually end up buying the dress. Loved the dresses but not the experience!

The woman assigned to assist me was professional, polite, and helpful – I believe her name was Rahaf. Sadly, the store manager – I think her name was Paula – was a different story entirely. She was utterly overbearing and constantly interfering with what the younger girls on the floor were doing. On more than one occasion, she approached me, delivering little comments that implied the girl helping me wasn’t competent enough and might have missed something but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

She was also unbelievably pushy, trying to force me into buying a dress and practically warning me I shouldn’t try on any more or I’d get ‘dress blind’. I’d only tried on three dresses by then, hardly enough to get 'dress blind', but she acted as if I’d tried on a dozen.

Paula also argued passionately over an additional 'wunderskirt' that she insisted on adding to the bill. We stood our ground and refused, enduring a long lecture about how we shouldn’t listen to the bridal seamstresses if they say I don't need one because ‘they don’t know’. I knew I could find one cheaper online if I decided I wanted it, and after researching, I discovered that the underskirt she was pushing was completely the wrong type for the dress I bought! Her insistence was completely inappropriate and infuriating.

At the beginning, I made it clear I wanted my bridesmaid to try on a couple of dresses but this was obviously ignored. After I had finally chosen my dress, we were made to re-queue, despite it being only for one person to try on a maximum of two or three dresses and we were already in the changing room! Paula’s reaction was to lecture us again, blaming the wed2be systems and outright saying she’d run the store very differently if she had her way. That was unprofessional and unnecessary.

While we endured the 1.5-hour wait, another customer came in and her and her husband became annoyed about the wait, and there was some confrontation. To her credit, Paula managed to de-escalate the situation before things got ugly. However, that de-escalation only resulted in the lady being taken for her fitting before us, which was painfully obvious from where we sat.

This entire experience was tainted by her overbearing attitude, her pushiness, and her complete lack of professionalism.

My experience at Wed2B been spectacular! The staff were lovely and made me feel so comfortable trying on wedding dresses. My consultant Marg was amazing, she listened to my preferences and gave me helpful recommendations on accessories. Marg packaged my dress, veil and accessories in beautiful boxes, and took delicate care. I highly recommend Wed2B and Marg to future brides.

From the moment we walked in Cara was extremely friendly and kind, taking the time to really get to know you and your desires for your dress. She listened very attentively and constantly made me feel pretty and seen! Her choices were impeccable and she showed every single possibility when it came to styling a dress. Cara was made to help brides find their dresses!!!!!

My first time trying on wedding dresses and Wed2b Norwich were brilliant! I had a rough idea of what i wanted going in, they listened at the same time made sure i ruled out different styles so there was no "what if's". Molly my consultant was lovely made me feel comfortable, understood what i was looking for & truly made me feel like a bride to be. It is such a surreal feeling when you find the one and they place a veil in your hair i just cried and immediately knew. I said yes to the dress! I would highly recomend a visit here to these lovely ladies - Molly & Claudia.

Amelia was great and knew exactly what I wanted (and didn’t want!!) said yes to the dress today on my first visit! Thank you Amelia!

We had angel as our assistant at the Chelmsford store and I cannot tell you in words how fantastic this lady was she made me feel so comfortable after loosing my mum I really didn’t want to do the bridal shop experience but we all connected and I did say yes to the dress, we laughed we cried and I could not have done it with out her she was an angel sent from god for me today thankyou angel 👼

The girl who was working with us in Dublin was very new and very inexperienced. She was lovely and kind but just didn't really know what she was doing and didnt listen to what i wanted. I ended up getting a dress and my bridesmaids dresses (on a different date - no one helped us we had to get our own). The girl said the dress would look better it just needed to be altered, I brought it to be altered and the lady said I should have been given a dress at least 2 sizes smaller as it was desperately too big for me but the girl in wed2b insisted I was a size 22 when I should have left with an 18. The alterations are costing me hundreds now and it has really dampened my whole wedding dress experience and i am devastated because I was only able to try on the dresses in a 22 and not my actual size. My dream dress could have been available but were never brought to me. I specifically asked for a square neck dress but none were brought to me as there were none in a 22.

Imogen was an absolute angel. She was so supportive & didn’t put any pressure on to buy anything. She gave excellent advice & was all round a pleasure to be around!
I tried on a few dresses & found my perfect one!!

Teresa was fantastic helping my daughter chose her wedding dress .
She was patient, knowlegable, listened and so kind. We left for another appointment somewhere else then went straight back to Bride2be. Teresa pulled out the most fantastic dress, new in that day and that was the one. Would totally recommend this place.

I had such an amazing experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses, from the moment I walked in all the staff were so welcoming and friendly!
Olivia was just incredible! I described what I liked and she absolutely nailed it with the first dress, nothing seemed too much and you could tell she wanted the best.

Also the help from Courtney in terms of recommending alterations and anything else needed.
Could not recommend more, thank you so much!

I had a very positive experience thanks to the superb assistance of Tina. Tina worked tirelessly to find me the right dress and nothing was too much trouble. Had I not met Tina, I don’t think I would have had as positive an experience.

I got my wedding dress at the Leeds store, I was a bit apprehensive but Harriet was lovely and made me feel so comfortable and also made the whole experience fun! Thank you so much, I couldn’t be happier!

Brogan was absolutely amazing! She was kind and patient and pulled some beautiful dresses for me to try on. She knew exactly what I was looking for and what I didn’t like in a dress. We went during the week so had the full shop to ourselves apart from one other bride. Everyone was lovely and it was such a nice experience!

I visited the Glasgow store on 13/04/2026 and I just want to thank my stylist Megan for all her help. She truly is a little star and amazing at her job. She pulled 3 dresses for me and I nearly bought the first one lol. I did however fall in love with the third dress and being an older first time bride I was so nervous thinking I was too old to pull of a wedding dress never mind feel like a princess in it that I ended up buying it 💖 x Myself and my best friend Juliet had a fab time, even though we were only there for an hour hahaha x Megan is an asset to the store and totally put me at ease. The other girls were also very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this store to anyone looking for their wedding dress. Thank you all so much for helping mind my dress 💖
